Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien el día de hoy! Les comparto el día de hoy algunas fotografías de mi entrenamiento de ayer en el parque metropolitano. Mis amigos y yo, nos encontramos el día de ayer para realizar Freestyle un rato por la tarde, ya que, montamos las nuevas barras y queríamos probarlas; la verdad son bastante cómodas a pesar de que quedaron un poco altas la verdad que el agarre es bastante comodo y es amplia para hacer los trucos libremente, aparte de hacer freestyle yo realicé algunos estáticos para terminar el entrenamiento de la semana como se debe, la verdad me fatigó bastante pero se disfruto mucho el entrenamiento y hubo mucha motivación 💪🏾.

My friends and I met yesterday to do freestyle for a while in the afternoon, because we mounted the new bars and wanted to try them; the truth is quite comfortable although they were a little high the truth is that the grip is quite comfortable and is wide to do the tricks freely, apart from freestyle I did some static to finish the week's training as it should, the truth made me quite tired but I really enjoyed the training and there was a lot of motivation 💪🏾.
