Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien el día de hoy! Les traigo unas fotografías de mi vista al GoldStar Gym en Las Virtudes. Ese día el gimnasio tenía una entrada gratis al donar juguetes o ropa para los niños necesitados, y como yo tenía unas prendas de ropa que no utilizaba, decidí regalarlas y así poder ayudar a lo niños, y claro también tuve mi pase gratis y entrene un poco, ese día hice bíceps y pecho y la verdad que estaba reventado. Salieron unas fotos bastante buenas y la verdad que me gustó entrenar en ese gym, espero poder ir pronto de nuevo 💪🏽

Greetings friends of the SWC I hope you are feeling well! I bring you some pictures of my visit to the GoldStar Gym in Las Virtudes. That day the gym had a free entrance to donate toys or clothes for children in need, and as I had some clothes that I did not use, I decided to give them away and thus be able to help the children, and of course I also had my free pass and trained a little, that day I did biceps and chest and the truth is that I was bursting. I got some great pictures and the truth is that I enjoyed training in that gym, I hope to go again soon 💪🏽
