Hola Comunidad de #SWC. En este post les comparto unas fotos del día de ayer que fui al Gym con varios amigos de mi club "Fortis Workout". 🦉
Es la primera vez que voy a un gimnasio y es diferente a lo que venía haciendo solo con la Calistenia. Fuimos un poco tarde, por lo que tuvimos muy poco tiempo para entrenar.
Entrené mas que todo con @hecatonquirox y @lionfit un Set de sobrecarga progresiva en press de banca, el peso máximo que intenté fue de 60kg en un rango de 4-6reps, y terminamos con un poco de dropset en fondos.

Hello #SWC Community. In this post I share with you some photos from yesterday that I went to the Gym with several friends from my club "Fortis Workout". 🦉
It's the first time I go to a gym and it's different than what I had been doing just with Calisthenics. We went a little late, so we had very little time to train.
I trained mostly with @hecatonquirox and @lionfit a progressive overload set on bench press, the max weight I tried was 60kg in a range of 4-6reps, and we finished with some dropset on bottoms.
