




Primeramente, me preparo y me subo a mi bicicleta para ir a las barras que suelo frecuentar, que tiene como nombre la Mulera. Salgo de mi casa a las 6:50 pm y llego a las 7:30 pm más o menos, y ya se encontraba allá @victormarquez
Entrenando me dispuse a realizar un buen calentamiento de unos 5 minutos para iniciar al 100% para quien no lo sepa Víctor me está ayudando para poder sacar el front lever y poco a poco veo la mejoría en esta oportunidad me sentí algo más pesado y fatigado realizando los estáticos, pero no me impidió terminar el entreno en esta oportunidad realicé:
• Máximo tiempo de la máxima progresión de front lever que tengas unas tres series.
• De L unos 5 segundos a tuck de front unos 5 segundos, unas tres veces de tres series.
• De pica a tuck de front unas tres veces de unas tres series, en esta parte sí me costó subir la pica por el cansancio, pero pude realizarlo en una, en una.
• Y para finalizar tuck de front con agarre White, el maximo tiempo posible, tres series.
