Bueno para empezar mi día de entrenamiento empezo con un calentamiento para flexibilizar mis articulaciones y entrar en calor, era día hombros y tener los músculos relajado haría que la ejecución de mis ejercicios fuera más favorable.
* Well to start my training day I began with a warm up to make my joints more flexible and warm up, it was shoulder day and having my muscles relaxed would make the execution of my exercises more favorable.*
Está rutina de hombros tuvo diferentes variaciones aplicando el método biserie para darle este toque fuerte de resistencia y tensión a los hombros.
- This shoulder routine had different variations applying the biserie method to give this strong touch of resistance and tension to the shoulders.*
La Rutina Biserie del día 3 Hombros:
°Flexiones en Pica en paralela + flexiones de hombros: 5 series/15 Repeticiones.
°Flexiones de pica en el Suelo + Flexiones Militares: 5 series/15 Repeticiones.
°Flexiones de Parada de mano asistidas 5 repeticiones + 5Seg de resistencia: 5 Series.
* The Biserie Routine of the day 3 Shoulders:
°Flexions on Pike in Parallel + Shoulder Pushups: 5 sets/15 Reps.
°Ground Pike Push-Ups + Military Push-Ups: 5 sets/15 Reps.
°Flexions Assisted Handstand 5 reps + 5Sec of resistance: 5 sets.*
Bueno debo decir que hoy me ha gustado y a su vez me apegado bastante. El hombro es uno de los sectores que casi olvidó entrenarlos, más quiero perder esa mala acostumbre mía y retomar estos entrenamientos básicos para volverme un atleta Calistenico mas completo. Pues nada esto a sido todo, espero que les haya gustado el contenido de ser así dejen gran me gusta y su más sincero comentario sobre que les pareció o recomendaciones. Nunca se rindan!!!
* Well I must say that today I liked it and at the same time I got quite attached to it. The shoulder is one of the sectors that almost forgot to train them, but I want to lose that bad habit of mine and take up these basic workouts to become a more complete Calisthenic athlete.
