Hello to all my Hive and SWC friends! I'm Wilfrer Astudillo, better known in this wonderful community as @wilfrer-sw. Today I want to take this space to share with you some pictures of my push training that I did at home. Today was a day off for me and since I had nothing to do at home, I decided it was the perfect time to dedicate myself to training for a while. I focused on pushing exercises, which are my favorite, and mainly centered around push-ups.
Today's routine didn't turn out to be too difficult, as I didn't want to push myself too hard, considering that tomorrow I plan to resume my regular workout for the week. I like to keep a balance between effort and recovery. For this session, I performed several types of pushups, starting with plank Tuck pushups, doing 5 reps. I then moved on to pika push-ups, where I completed 8 reps. I continued with lean planche push-ups, also 8 reps, and to finish, I did normal push-ups and wide grip push-ups, performing 10 reps of each progression. All this I repeated in 3 sets.
I hope these photos and my experience will motivate you to keep training, see you in the next post!
Well, that was my push training at home I hope you liked it. I hope you liked it. See you next time!

It's not about the length of time we spend exercising or how rigorous it is. The most important thing is that we try to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. What you've shown here is so inspirational:)
If that is the idea, take it as a lifestyle and not train for training but train for love and be able to overcome your limits physically and mentally.
