Fue un excelente día, ya que tenía rato que no me dedicaba a entrenar únicamente tensión y, bueno, pude realizar algunos movimientos que tenía en mente. Seguiré entrenando más los estáticos seguidamente para tener mejores combinaciones a la hora de realizar freestyle. Cabe destacar que no tengo el nivel como lo tenía antes, pero poco a poco voy progresando y espero volverme más fuerte en esta área. Espero les gusten las fotografías.
Hello, friends of Hive and Street Workout Community, today I bring you a series of pictures from my static workout. It was a great day, as it had been a while since I've done a tension only workout and, well, I was able to perform some moves I had in mind. I will continue to train more statics in the future to have better combinations when it comes to freestyle.
