Hola, amigos de Hive y de Street Workout Community, hoy les traigo una serie de fotografías de lo que fue el evento de Kaikuse en el parque Las Ballenas. Fue un día excelente, ya que pusimos a prueba nuestro rendimiento físico realizando varios ejercicios muy estrictos y en verdad me gustó mucho, ya que pude poner a prueba mi capacidad y hasta dónde mi cuerpo aguantaría. La prueba era realizar los ejercicios en el menor tiempo posible. Comenzamos a trotar dándole la vuelta completa al parque de las ballenas, lo que puso a prueba nuestra resistencia física. Después, seguido de 50 dominadas, realizamos 100 flexiones, seguido de 150 sentadillas y, por último, tuvimos que darle otra vuelta al parque, lo que realmente puso a prueba toda nuestra resistencia física.
