Hola amigos de esta bella comunidad skin&bodycare ✨espero se encuentren muy bien, me alegra estar por acá de nuevo con ustedes, en esta oportunidad les comparto mi experiencia con el bloqueador solar Living! desde hace tiempo estaba probando otros protectores, pantallas solares y bloqueadores, pero desde que probé este producto me enamoró, de verdad protege mucho y no es graso, deja un efecto mate en la piel.
La piel de la cara es un indicador de nuestro estado de salud y además, su apariencia puede tener influencia en nuestra autoestima, ya que el rostro es la parte más visible y expuesta de nuestro cuerpo. Esto hace que también sea la más propensa a sufrir agresiones de agentes externos, motivo por el que tenemos que poner especial esfuerzo en su cuidado. Es muy importante proteger nuestra piel cada día, ya que está continuamente expuesta al sol y a los rayos UV de forma directa. Además el grosor de la piel en esta zona del cuerpo es más fino, lo que contribuye a hacerla más frágil y vulnerable a la radiación solar.

Diferencia entre Protector solar y Bloqueador solar:
El protector solar contiene protección química y reduce la cantidad de rayos que penetran en la piel, es decir, absorbe la radiación ultravioleta. Sin embargo, el bloqueador solar, un producto físico, impide por completo que la radiación alcance tu piel, ya que reflejan completamente los rayos, tanto UVA como UVB.
El FPS se refiere al grado de bloqueo del protector frente a las radiaciones UVB. El número de protección multiplica el tiempo de permanencia al sol de la piel sin que esta sufra daños por las radiaciones UVB.
Cuando nos exponemos al sol de forma controlada, durante periodos cortos cuando la radiación no es muy alta, el sol tiene efectos beneficiosos como:
•Estimula la síntesis de vitamina D: es necesaria para fijar el calcio a los huesos, por lo que previene el raquitismo y la osteoporosis.
•Estimula la producción de melanina: es el pigmento que nos proporciona el aspecto bronceado de la piel y ayuda a protegerla de la radiación UV.
•Produce vasodilatación: por lo que reduce la tensión arterial.
•Favorece la circulación sanguínea periférica.
•Mejora los síntomas de algunas enfermedades de la piel, como la psoriasis, el acné o el vitíligo, entre otros.
•Estado de ánimo: la luz del sol mejora el estado de ánimo.
Aunque estos efectos son positivos, cuando la exposición al sol es excesiva, las consecuencias pasan a ser negativas. Es necesario protegernos de ambos tipos, ya que mientras que los primeros están implicados en el envejecimiento de la piel, los segundos son responsables de las quemaduras provocadas por el sol.
Son muchas las creencias erróneas extendidas entre gran parte de la población acerca del uso de los protectores solares.
“El protector solar puede causar deficiencia de vitamina D”
Aunque es cierto que hay controversia respecto a este tema, recientes estudios señalan que los protectores solares no inhiben la síntesis de vitamina D.
“No hace falta usar protector solar cuando está nublado”
Es lógico que, si no ves el sol, pienses que no tienes que proteger tu piel. Sin embargo, esta idea es errónea, pues aunque esté nublado, hasta un 40% de la radiación UV llega la tierra. Así que ya sabes, ¡usa protector solar facial y corporal haga sol, llueva o nieve!
“Protegerse cuando ya se es adulto no es eficaz si no se ha hecho en la infancia”
En absoluto, independientemente de la exposición solar que se haya tenido en la niñez y juventud, es muy importante protegerse del sol en la edad adulta.

Definitivamente el rostro puede mostrar hasta cierto punto el estado de nuestra salud. Estos meses se hace muy necesario protegernos del sol, pues ya comenzó el verano. Este protector que usas es de 100. Espectacular 😻 porque es el de mayor protección 💟

Debo decir que este bloqueador sí protege del sol, pero en mi caso me sacó muchísimos granitos 🥹, así que tuve que cambiarlo por uno especial para mi piel mixta
