Conocemos las depilaciones, o epilaciones, a la acción de retirar el vello corporal, desde la raíz o simplemente desde la parte visible. El depilarnos es una decisión muy personal, hay personas que les gusta dejarse crecer el vello, otras que no quieren que se vea nunca y otras que realmente les da igual. Existen dos conceptos que muchas personas desconocen, esta la depilación que es cuando cortamos el vello, pero dejamos la raíz, y la epilación cuando retiramos todo, incluyendo la raíz, por ende existen muchísimo métodos para darnos libres de vello con sus múltiples ventajas y desventajas, como las afeitadoras, las ceras frías o calientes, los hilos, las cremas depilatorias y más. En mi caso personal, me hago epilación facial con cera caliente, pero en el resto del cuerpo suelo utilizar la afeitadora, que aunque no me gusta porque me da muchísima alergia, cumple con su objetivo. Por este caso en particular quería probar otro método, intente con la cera caliente pero duele mucho, así que he estado probando una loción depilatoria y tengo varias cosas que contarles.
We know depilation, or epilation, as the action of removing body hair, from the root or simply from the visible part. Depilation is a very personal decision, there are people who like to let their hair grow, others who never want it to be visible and others who really don't care. There are two concepts that many people don't know, there is depilation which is when we cut the hair, but we leave the root, and epilation when we remove everything, including the root, therefore there are many methods to get rid of hair with its many advantages and disadvantages, such as shavers, hot or cold waxes, threads, depilatory creams and more. In my personal case, I do facial epilation with hot wax, but in the rest of the body I usually use the shaver, which although I don't like it because it gives me a lot of allergies, it fulfills its purpose. For this particular case I wanted to try another method, I tried with hot wax but it hurts a lot, so I've been trying a depilatory lotion and I have several things to tell you.
Las cremas, lociones o geles depilatorios, funcionan de una manera bastante sencilla, se encargar de debilitar el vello corporal para que pueda retirarse fácilmente frotando la piel con algo como un paño húmedo. Se dice que estas cremas también debilita el vello que esta bajo la piel, no estoy tan segura de esto, pero es algo en tener en cuenta. El efecto de esta depilación es entre 4 y 7 días, lo cual si puedo asegurar, mi vello corporal creció más lento cuando comencé a utilizar esta crema. El primer día que comencé a utilizarla fue un 5 de agosto, me depile las piernas, pasaron los días y mis piernas seguían libres de vello corporal, luego comenzo a crecer más lento, y no en todas partes como antes. Ayer, 17 de agosto, realicé mi segunda epilación, 12 días después de la primera, eso es decir bastante porque normalmente lo hacía cada semana con la afeitadora.

Utilizar esta crema es bastante sencillo, se aplica en la piel, en sentido contrario al crecimiento del vello, se deja actuar 15min según la crema, pero yo recomiendo 30 minutos para que realmente haga efecto y se retira con un paño húmedo, pero a mi me gusta retirarla con una esponja de baño, frotando suavemente, hace un mejor efecto porque también la crema es un poco densa y queda en la piel. Esta en particular es bastante gentil con la piel, la he utilizado en las piernas, el área de bikini, en las axilas y en ninguna de estas zonas he tenido alguna reacción o he quedado con la zona roja.
Using this cream is quite simple, apply it on the skin, in the opposite direction of hair growth, leave it on for 15min depending on the cream, but I recommend 30 minutes for it to really take effect and remove it with a damp cloth, but I like to remove it with a bath sponge, rubbing gently, it makes a better effect because also the cream is a bit dense and stays on the skin. This one in particular is quite gentle on the skin, I have used it on my legs, bikini area, underarms and in none of these areas have I had any reaction or redness.

Me esta gustando esta manera de depilarme, pero tengo algo super negativo que decir y es que esta loción en particular huele horrible, de verdad tiene un muy mal olor y eso no me gusta para nada. Solamente la he estado utilizando para darle una reseña, para terminarla y para probar esta forma de depilación. Este producto rinde como para unas 3 depilaciones, ya se esta acabando y apenas es la segunda vez, pero consideremos que tengo piernas grandes, además que es bastante económica pero por el olor no volvería a comprarla. Finalmente les puedo decir que voy a quedarme con esta forma de depilarme, pero no con este producto, así que voy a estar comprando uno de la marca "Veet" y les comento luego, espero que les haya encantado conocer esta reseña, nos leemos pronto!
I'm liking this way of waxing, but I have something super negative to say and that is that this particular lotion smells horrible, it really has a very bad smell and I don't like that at all. I have only been using it to give it a review, to finish it and to try this way of hair removal. This product is good for about 3 depilations, it's already running out and it's only the second time, but let's consider that I have big legs, plus it's quite economical but because of the smell I wouldn't buy it again. Finally I can tell you that I'm going to stay with this way of depilating, but not with this product, so I'll be buying one of the brand "Veet" and I'll tell you later, I hope you loved this review, see you soon!

Holaaa amiga, yo use la crema depilatoria veet por muchos años, me fue muy bien, al inicio olía mal también jajaja pero después le cambiaron la fragancia. He estado indagando cual marca comprar porque no todas son buenas y la marca veet hace años que no la vea acá en Venezuela o al menos en los establecimientos donde la vendían. La has visto en algún lugar últimamente? Eso me alegraría mucho jaja
Hola amiga 💓 Que risa lo de los olores, definitivamente son muy importantes a la hora de gomorar un producto. La marca Veet la veo siempre en Farmatodo, puedes darte una vuelta a ver si encuentras el producto que antes utilizabas ❣️
Aunque nunca me he atrevido a usar cintas depilatorias por mis alergias, los resultados se ven muy bien. Yo desde hace muchos adopté la opción de usar una maquinita eléctrica para depilarme y como el vello en mis piernas es realmente muy finito lo hago al menos una vez al mes y voy bien jeje.
