Saludos a todos, los amigos de @hispapro en conjunto con @peakd @jarvie, @asgarth y @ecoinstant, hicieron una propuesta para mostrar a través de la herramienta de "Colecciones" aquellas publicaciones que pueden orientar o guiar a los usuarios en sus primeros pasos en Hive.
Esta herramienta de "Colecciones" es muy útil para agrupar varias publicaciones en función a la utilidad que quiera darle su autor. Hasta ahora la he utilizado para las publicaciones de curación de la Comunidad Holos&Lotus, pero en cualquier momento la utilizaré para agrupar mis publicaciones por temas de interés.
Desde hace un buen tiempo he invitado a varios amigos a formar parte de este maravilloso ecosistema, muchos han aceptado la invitación con entusiasmo y otros tanto se han quedado rezagados en el intento por entender y adecuarse a esta blockchain, y creo que buena parte de esto se debe a la poca facilidad que hay para ubicar la información precisa entre tanta disponible.
Pues bien, mi tarea con esta colección es tener una herramienta útil a la mano para facilitarla a mis amigos cuando quieran formar parte de Hive y puedan documentarse rápidamente, espero alimentarla conforme vaya encontrando nuevo material de interés:

Greetings to all, the friends of @hispapro together with @peakd @jarvie, @asgarth and @ecoinstant, made a proposal to show through the "Collections " tool those publications that can guide users in their first steps in Hive.
This "Collections" tool is very useful to group several publications according to the usefulness that the author wants to give to them. So far I have used it for the curation posts of the Holos&Lotus Community, but at any time I will use it to group my posts by topics of interest.
For quite some time I have invited several friends to be part of this wonderful ecosystem, many have accepted the invitation with enthusiasm and others have been left behind in the attempt to understand and adapt to this blockchain, and I believe that much of this is due to the lack of ease in locating accurate information among so much available.
Well, my task with this collection is to have a useful tool at hand to provide it to my friends when they want to be part of Hive and can be documented quickly, I hope to feed it as I find new material of interest:
1. Primeros pasos- Conocer el Ecosistema y hacer tu Post de introducción:
Luego de que tenemos nuestras cuentas creadas y hemos respaldado debidamente nuestras llaves, el primer paso que debemos dar todos los Hivers es hacer una presentación en la que tenemos la oportunidad de compartir información personal sobre quienes somos, cuales son nuestras expectativas o aspiraciones o aquello que creemos que venimos a aportar a la blockchain.
En general es bastante personal el contenido que decidas compartir en tu post de introducción, pero resulta importante que lo hagas para que los usuarios que hacemos vida en esta plataforma sepamos de ti y verifiquemos no se trate de un bot o alguna de estas identidades de inteligencia artificial.

2.- Resguardo de tus claves y temas de seguridad
Este tema es de vital importancia, porque en general cuando colocamos una contraseña a cualquier cuenta pensamos que tendremos muchas opciones para recuperarla, y en ocasiones no tomamos las previsiones de resguardarlas debidamente. En el caso de Hive no es así, si no conservas tu clave Master podrías perder tu cuenta. Es por esto, que te recomiendo tomarte un tiempo para que leas todas estas publicaciones que te aclaran mucho el panorama respecto al tema de la seguridad:

This issue is of vital importance, because in general when we set a password to any account we think that we will have many options to recover it, and sometimes we do not take the precautions to protect them properly. In the case of Hive this is not the case, if you do not keep your Master password you could lose your account. 3.- Crear publicaciones y elementos claves de Markdown
Tal vez uno de los más grandes retos que afrontamos los creadores de contenido cuando ingresamos a Hive es aprender a maquetar nuestras publicaciones para que tengan una buena presentación y sean visiblemente agradables.
Y es justamente uno de los elementos que hace que las personas vean dificultad en el manejo de su blog y desistan en el intento. Sin embargo, te animo a aventurarte y fomentar la disposición de aprender cosas nuevas. Cuando inicié mi camino en Hive, jamás pensé que podría tener habilidad para diseñar banners en Canva, aprender códigos HTML y un sin fin de cosas más.
Con la práctica vas aprendiendo todos estos detalles y luego serán ¡pan comido!

3.- Creating publications and key elements of Markdown
Perhaps one of the biggest challenges we content creators face when we enter Hive is learning how to layout our posts so that they have a good presentation and are visibly pleasing.
And it is precisely one of the elements that makes people see difficulty in managing their blog and give up trying. However, I encourage you to venture out and encourage a willingness to learn new things. When I started my journey in Hive, I never thought I could have the ability to design banners in Canva, learn HTML codes and many other things.

4.- Uso de fuentes, información. Cuidando el derecho de autor
Creo que la regla de oro más importante de Hive para los Creadores de Contenido es "respetar los derechos de autor" y todo esto tiene sentido porque estarás recibiendo recompensas por tu contenido, no tiene ningún caso que traigas cosas de la web y pretendas recibir recompensas por una información que no es de tu autoria, por ello creo que hay tolerancia cero a este tema en la mayoría de las Comunidades que conforman Hive.
Es importante que cuides tus publicaciones, señalando las fuentes de las que extraes alguna imagen, y esta debería ser de un banco de imagen gratuita como pixabay, pexels, unplash, freepick, entre otras. También pudieras usar el banco disponible en la Comunidad de Stock Image.
Muchas personas creen que con tomar cualquier imagen de Google y colocar el enlace están cumpliendo con esta regla, y la verdad no está bien en la mayoría de los casos, porque el hecho de que sea una imagen disponible en el buscador para todo el mundo, no significa que esté libre de derecho de autor y esté autorizado su uso comercial.

4.- Use of sources, information. Taking care of copyright
I believe that the most important golden rule of Hive for Content Creators is "respect the copyright" and all this makes sense because you will be receiving rewards for your content, it has no case that you bring things from the web and pretend to receive rewards for information that is not of your authorship, so I think there is zero tolerance to this issue in most of the Communities that make up Hive.
Therefore, it is important that you take care of your publications, pointing out the sources from which you extract any image, and this should be from a free image bank such as pixabay, pexels, unplash, freepick, among others. You could also use the image bank available in the Stock Image Community.
Many people believe that by taking any image from Google and placing the link they are complying with this rule, and the truth is not right in most cases, because the fact that it is an image available in the search engine for everyone, does not mean that it is free of copyright and is authorized for commercial use.

5.- Uso de la wallet y tokens de Hiveengine
Ahora vamos con un tema super interesante y que genera mucha confusión en nuestros primeros pasos en Hive: manejo de la wallet.
Dentro de las herramientas disponibles que tienes en tu cuenta, tienes integrada la wallet donde recibirás tus recompensas por las publicaciones y podrás hacer otras transacciones.
