California has passed a law that for seven years after you leave you must file and pay California income tax. And yes, if you do not file, they will assume what you earned and take it out of your out-of-state bank account.
California is working on passing a bill that says you have to have your out-of-state RV smogged, or run on electric (or other waiver) to enter California.
California is working on passing a bill that will have you pay a portion of your wealth when you choose to leave the state.
Soon it will be, "So, you vanna leave Komifornia, ver ah yo papas?"
I strongly suggest getting out of Komifornia, while you do not have to build a hot air balloon in your basement to escape over the border.
The coming "civil" wars
The states are going to break up.
The immigrants are going to be chased south.
The capital of America will be moved.
But, about the western sea board, Washington will leave the union (from something like, Trump winning, and Washington being found doing voting fraud… you know, they get very angry that neo-marxism didn't win, and shinanigans) and so, leave and join with China for protection against the evil neo-conservative America.
Oregon will go with them, or soon after.
So, we will see blue helmets on the streets in Seattle "keeping the peace".
What happens to California?
Komifornia is a whole different can of worms.
Governor Nuisance is making it harder and harder for business to be done in California. Now, he is trying to pass a bill to require news aggregators and search engines to pay California if they link to a California web site. This will make it impossible to do anything. Most companies will just eliminate all California IPs from their web services. And this is just the tip of the iceberg.
Governor Brown was trying to get a high speed rail from San Francisco to Las Vegas. He failed at that endeavor, but pushed through part of it. A part that is actually to service Silicon Valley 2.0
Up there, where the fires burnt the houses to the foundation, but didn't burn the trees, they plan to build 100% automated manufacturing plants. The are going to try the Silicon Valley experiment over again, and try to attract all the best talent and stuff. And probably make a walled city. (very safe, unless you want to leave)
So, basically, in Komifornia, you will have the elite, the high priced labor, and the low priced labor. There will be no middle class. There will be engineers and gardeners. You will drive electric cars (or not drive). You will use electric lawnmowers and weedwackers or not cut your grass.
The haves and the have nots will be extreme.
And you can see this in every law Gov. Nuisance is trying to pass.
What will happen to Californians?
Right now, they are destroying the middle class.
SF allows druggies and homeless to live on the street. In front of your small business.
They allow criminals to shoplift, up to $1000 without any consequences.
They are punishing people who defend their stores or homes.
Basically, there will be no stores left in Komifornia. Those that continue to exist will be concrete block buildings with a bullet proof kiosk to order from, and a stainless steel one way door to pass out the order.
San Francisco and Los Angeles are done. The decay has already taken too much. The rot is too deep. They will collapse. Add on top of this that retail/commercial buildings are being left vacant, that entire industry is going to collapse. There will be nothing left to support people living in Komifornia.
Get out while you can still sell your suburban house (to suckers, because housing will crash)

The writing isn't just on the wall. It is in every bill that California congress is looking at passing.
If you are not able to afford all electric everything, and million dollar homes, you will find yourself part of the poor very quickly. (no middle class any more) Electricity prices will be sky high, and we will probably see rationing.
And, Komifornia is weaving a net to suck all the money from anyone who every lived in the state. You basically will not be allowed to leave with your stuff. I am sure they will start setting up border checkpoints like you see between San Diego and Tijuana.
The Komifornia govern-cement has had time to see how bad their policies have been, so i can only assume that is EXACTLY what they want.
So, unless you plan to be an underground rebel, i strongly suggest you get out of that state.
I don't think they can legally make people file taxes for seven years after leaving a state, maybe rich people who didn't pay and owe them taxes in some arrangement to pay arrears. I don't think that stands a chance holding up in the SC. No one can just go into your bank account and take your money without a legally binding judgement against you. A large out of state bank once did that to me, they took a check I wrote them and ran it through my account twice using two different routing numbers. They refused to give it back. I got a lawyer and I ended up getting, after paying the lawyer, about ten times the amount that check was written for.
Well, they do. And i know people who had their accounts stolen from by Komifornia.
I haven't seen anyone challenge the legality of this. The thing is, the entire taxing thing is unconstitutional, but you can't prove that in their courts. So, i don't think anyone can actually take this to court.
And the tax people feel they have the power of gods. I have seen them demand payment/tax filings from corporations that were closed, or split. For years, they failed to update their system. They just keep sending threat letters.
In fact, i think that is their modus operandi, to get money by threat, not by actual claim.
I am glad you went after them for that evil act. Changing your check, and running it again is serious violation. They should have had their bank account closed. That is fraud.
I read the other day that they are proposing legislature that will not allow supermarkets to leave San Fran unless they give 6 months notice. The fact that they are leaving because of out of control shoplifting isn't even addressed by the clueless or willfully blind legislators that are proposing this.
I do not know how they could enforce that kind of law.
If they had that in the contract when you get a business license, then that might work. But the city doesn't have any way of forcing a business to stay in business. Adding this after a business has been operating for a while should not be permitted by any court.
If i was in SF, i would seriously decide if i wanted to stay, and be gone by the vote date.
Of course, i would choose to leave.
Comic U-Tuber's wife had SF hair stylist business. She got tired of picking up needles before opening each day. She left a couple years ago.
The eastern counties in Oregon are already trying to split off and join Idaho and call it Greater Idaho, it's been in planning for quite some time now. What most people don't realize that once you leave that I-5 corridor, Oregon is actually pretty conservative. It's just the idiots in Portland, Eugene, and Salem. Glad I got out of there and back to the good ole Southeastern US, but I still have family up there.
This is correct, but Seattle and Portland believe they ARE the state.
I am unsure how the eastern parts of Washington and Oregon are going to work out.
Maybe the states will think, if we lose this part, we lose our food, and so will fight for it.
Who knows. Nobody has a crystal ball to tell the future. I am settled on my family farm right now working on growing food and stacking bullets. I grew up in these woods, so I dare some mothafuckas to try something stupid. They will become fertilizer. I am a pretty damn good shot, lol.
