¿Qué hacer cuando nuestros valores fundamentales de vida son confrontados con valores antitéticos a ellos? Hace unos días compartí con ustedes un vídeo en cuanto al valor de la congruencia, en dónde trato acerca de lo importante que es reflejar o respaldar nuestros valores o principios personales con nuestras acciones diarias. En el vídeo de esta semana les comparto algo que sucedió en mi vida hace varios años. Es uno de los muchos dilemas que he confrontado. En este caso se trata de el papel que mis valores personales jugaron para ayudarme a tomar la decisión correcta en ese momento de mi vida. Todo tiene un limite, ¿cierto? ¿Estás conciente de tus limites? ¿Qué harías tú si… o en caso de...?
When the moment of truth arrives, will we choose to tell the truth even though it's detrimental to us? Will we choose a good salary even though the company we work for sells products that are harmful to health? Everything has a limit, right? Are you aware of yours? What would you do if... or in case of...?

Me encanta 😁👌 lo importante que es la congruencia y el ser feliz con lo que uno hace. Puede ser difícil el no yegar a comprometer nuestros valores si se llega a presentar una muy, muy buena oportunidad, pero si sabes quién eres, lo que vales y deses llegar con la cabeza en alto al futuro es casi imposible traicionarnoa.

Que importante es lo que mencionas. Para ser fieles a nuestros valores no necesitamos ningún incentivo, pero como tú sugieres, puede ser más fácil para algunos "traicionar" sus valores si hay un beneficio grande de por medio. De igual manera será fácil traicionarlos si ser fieles a nuestros valores significa salir perjudicado de alguna forma. Muchos escogerán ver hacía el otro lado.
Yo creo una de las mejores formas de evitar eso es cimentados o fortaleciendo nuestros valores. Es decir, poniéndolos en práctica todos los días.
En cuanto a la música, si es libre de derecho. Tengo una cuenta de Epidemic Sound y la música que utilizo es libre de derecho.

In cases like this, I listen to myself. But more often than not, I don't work with companies that don't do good, much less if they do harm to those around them. I think it comes back in some form to the sender anyway). So I try to send good to the world!)

It's not easy to make the right decision especially when we know keeping quiet will bring us money but we should always look beyond the walls of what the present will offer and look at the greater good of all

For some people, it would be hard, for others not. It depends on what our set of values is and how strong we believe in them.
For example, if money is for someone more important than honesty and justice, then that person will probably keep quiet.
