Sonreír es la expresión más genuina de la felicidad y generalmente muchas pequeñas y gratificantes cosas en nuestra vida nos arrancan sonrisas varias veces al día. ¿Cuántas veces hemos sonreído solos por un buen recuerdo? Un momento sencillo que hemos disfrutado con algún ser querido, una sincera sonrisa puede llenarnos de paz y otorgarnos la alegría para afrontar hasta el día más duro.

La sonrisa viene a ser el bálsamo que puede aliviar nuestros dolores, seguramente en nuestra niñez caímos pero nos reímos a pesar del dolor, porque encontramos algo cómico en esa caída. quizás al crecer olvidamos sonreír a pesar de los tropezones y en cambio optamos por darle rienda suelta al llanto, sin poder recordar que al esbozar una sonrisa todo mejorará.

Son muchas las cosas que me hacen sonreír, así que para elegir solos 5 de ellas, se me ocurrió tomar mis sentidos como referencia para hacer esta selección. ¡Y aquí vamos!

Mi vista

Una de las cosas que me hace sonreír es ver el cielo, siempre he sentido una fascinación por él, observar las nubes, sus hermosos colores, los cielos estrellados, los atardeceres y cuando he tenido oportunidad los amaneceres. El cielo está lleno de sorpresas no solo son las nubes con sus formas cambiantes que me cuentan historias, hasta sus hermosas destellos coloridos cuando el sol se mete, sino también con un arcoíris o dos que aparecen luego de la lluvia.

Mi olfato

A mi me hace sonreír el aroma de una rica comida o bebida, esa que me transporta a recuerdos del pasado o a sitios en lo que aún no he estado que me dejan con una sensación de déjà vu.

Por ejemplo el aroma a cacao caliente paseando por toda la casa es un regalo del cielo. Ahora sonrío

Mi tacto

Me hace sonreír abrazar a alguien que no he visto en mucho tiempo, ese abrazo con el cual le dices a alguien que le extrañas mucho. Es una sensación hermosa que me dibuja una sonrisa en el rostro y en el corazón.

Mi oído

Me encanta escuchar música en vivo, es una sensación que me llena de buena energía, por eso adoro las oportunidades en las que puedo ensayar y también aquellas en las cuales pude disfrutar de algún concierto sea de un cantante famoso, por ejemplo Luis Fonsi o alguien poco conocido como un artista local, mientras sienta que es buena música sonreiré al escucharla.

Mi gusto
Me encanta comer, así que una rica comida siempre me hará sonreír, en especial si es un buen pastel o una crujiente galleta, las sonrisas que tenemos cuando comemos algo dulce son de las más genuinas del mundo. ¿Lo has notado? Es que incluso cerramos nuestros ojos mientras degustamos ese rico postre y sonreímos.

My sight

One of the things that make me smile is to see the sky, I have always felt a fascination for it, to observe the clouds, its beautiful colors, the starry skies, the sunsets, and when I have had the opportunity the dawns. The sky is full of surprises, not only are the clouds with their changing shapes telling me stories, even their beautiful colorful flashes when the sun goes down, but also with a rainbow or two appearing after the rain.

My sense of smell

I am made to smile by the aroma of delicious food or drink, that which transports me to memories of the past or to places where I have not yet been, leaving me with a feeling of déjà vu.

My touch

It makes me smile to hug someone I haven't seen in a long time, that hug with which you tell someone you miss them a lot. It's a beautiful feeling that brings a smile to my face and heart.

My ear

I love to listen to live music, it is a feeling that fills me with a lot of good energy, that is why I love the opportunities in which I can rehearse and also those in which I can enjoy a concert by a famous singer, for example, Luis Fonsi or someone little known as a local artist, while I feel that it is good music I will smile when I listen to it.

My taste
I love to eat, so a nice meal will always make me smile, especially if it's a good cake or a crunchy cookie, the smiles we get when we eat something sweet are some of the most genuine in the world. Have you noticed? We even close our eyes while tasting that delicious dessert and we smile.
