RE: COMMENT to WIN!

in The LIFESTYLE LOUNGE6 years ago

The only reason I am still on Hive is because I have met people I engage with on a personal level. So my answer is YES. 😍

I think perhaps you misunderstood my statement... yes there are many amazing people that I have connected with over the years too and I am blessed to have their engagement on my posts to this day still... but I was referring to these "community leaders" that throw their votes around and speak all day long about "community" - how many of THOSE people actually give you written feedback on your tomato soup recipe lol :D

It was nice to get a bunch of involved post comments, but knowing they were there just because of a contest felt weird.

Absolutely! It does feel bloody weird... because it IS weird! haha

But like the real world, I think there are introverts and extroverts on Hive. So people are going to form these relationships in their own time and way.

Judging by the enormous lack of engagement on about 99.99999% of the posts I visit on a daily basis (which is a LOT) - EVERY person here is either a total introvert that has zero interest in engaging... or their keyboards are broken lol :D

I hadea super weekend thanks! Spent it with family - birthday celebrations! Hope you had a lovely one too, whatever you got up to!
