Valga la oportunidad para comentarles y contarles sobre una hermosa experiencia que tuve este sábado 4 de octubre, cuando tuve la oportunidad de asistir al evento de la entrega de la Copa de la amistad, este es un trofeo que cada año Rotario hace un recorrido por todos los clubes rotarios de Venezuela. Este día, participaron los tres clubes rotarios de la ciudad de Cumaná, además de dos clubes rotarios del Edo. Anzoátegui, es una actividad muy interesante porque se reafirma el interés que se tiene por Rotary y por su trabajo, por sus planes de atención a la comunidad y el servicio en general.

It is worth the opportunity to comment and tell you about a beautiful experience that I had this Saturday, October 4, when I had the opportunity to attend the event to present the Friendship Cup, this is a trophy that Rotary makes a tour of everyone every year. the Rotary clubs of Venezuela. This day, the three Rotary clubs of the city of Cumaná participated, as well as two Rotary clubs of Edo. Anzoátegui, it is a very interesting activity because it reaffirms the interest we have in Rotary and its work, its plans for community care and service in general.
Quisiera comentarles, qué significa el trofeo de la amistad rotaria: Este es el peregrino amigo, el vínculo que une y fomenta la amistad rotaria, para Rotary la palabra compañerismo forma parte muy importante de nuestros estatutos y nuestra organización interna como club, de hecho, tenemos un comité de compañerismo que trata de mantenernos en comunicación constante enterándonos de nuestro aniversario, cumpleaños, eventos especiales y hasta enfermedades que pueden suceder en los socios. La finalidad de este evento, es el de hacer recorrer la copa por todos los clubes del distrito con el propósito de estrechar los vínculos de amistad y compañerismo, que la copa sea un momento para reunirse compartir conocerse uno con otro a través de distintas formas.
I would like to tell you what the Rotary friendship trophy means: This is the pilgrim friend, the link that unites and fosters Rotary friendship, for Rotary the word fellowship is a very important part of our statutes and our internal organization as a club, in fact, We have a fellowship committee that tries to keep us in constant communication, finding out about our anniversary, birthdays, special events and even illnesses that can happen to members. The purpose of this event is to tour the cup through all the clubs in the district with the purpose of strengthening the ties of friendship and camaraderie, so that the cup is a time to meet, share, get to know each other through different ways.
Este evento del día Sábado, tuvo lugar en un hotel de playa de la localidad, con un restaurante muy ameno, atendido por un personal muy simpático y cordial y una esmerada atención, realmente disfrutamos mucho este tiempo de compañerismo desde las 10 de la mañana hasta las 4 de la tarde, almorzamos juntos, disfrutamos de buena música, jugamos cartas, dominó y otros juegos de mesa fue muy interesante realmente fue muy placentero este día, que nos sirvió para marcar esa diferencia entre los compañeros, mucha alegría, realmente una gran camaradería, lo importante de todo esto, es que la copa de la amistad o el trofeo de la amistad sea lo suficientemente fuerte para unir a los socios de los clubes y puedan dar el resultado de aplicar el gran lema "La amistad Como Ocasión de Servir".
This Saturday event took place at a local beach hotel, with a very pleasant restaurant, served by very friendly and cordial staff and careful attention. We really enjoyed this time of fellowship from 10 in the morning until 4 in the afternoon, we had lunch together, we enjoyed good music, we played cards, dominoes and other board games. It was very interesting, it really was very pleasant this day, which helped us to make that difference between our classmates, a lot of joy, really a great camaraderie, the important thing about all this is that the friendship cup or the friendship trophy is strong enough to unite the members of the clubs and can give the result of applying the great motto "Friendship as an Opportunity to Serve."
Un día magnifico, junto a compañeros rotarios, y amigos que se han convertido en mi familia, con mucho gusto les he compartido esta experiencia, me despidos, muchas gracias por leer y apoyar mis amigos, Dios los bendiga.
