The day started out so promising....
I was back in Canada after about a 7 hour drive. I was so happy to see my first Tim Horton's in over a week so of course, I had to make a pit spot!
Then I came to Regina, Saskatchewan and got to meet up with a friend of mine that I haven't seen in about....20 years!
One of the best parts about this job is getting to see some people you haven't seen in a long time.
And oh yeah.....
I'm never watching NFL football again!

The unseen parts of a profession are the best. Wonderful to hear how trucking can keep one connected with people. We leave in times where those connections are rear. As you put it life happened. Lol and it keep happening if you never make time.
It's a blessing for sure. Glad I can fit that into my schedule.
The journey of meeting these places and people makes the adventure worthwhile and the most exciting part for me.

My fantasy team took a loss this week. I might have been able to push through if Kelce had played. It was still a rough first week. I am going to write a post about it on my other account pretty soon here.
