These little guys are everywhere too!
At the moment, things are heating up in the Ozarks and a lot of reptiles are venturing out. We've seen many species of lizards already on our property, and it looks like we are going to have a lot of these running around here this year. These photos are of the Prairie Lizard, also known as a Fence Lizard. They are certainly plentiful, and almost look like little Bearded Dragons. Enjoy the photos!

Make today special!

Was just reading where RIFA red imported fire ants kill these guys or make them leave an area.

Eastern fence lizard
The eastern fence lizard (Sceloporus undulatus) is a medium-sized species of lizard in the family Phrynosomatidae. The species is found along forest edges, rock piles, and rotting logs or stumps in the eastern United States. It is sometimes referred to as the prairie lizard, fence swift, gray lizard, northern fence lizard or pine lizard. It is also referred to colloquially as the horn-billed lizard.
I'd rather have those than big spiders at my house.
Real Dragon! Cool photos)
