Broccoli seed oil is the best hair care oil

in Natural Medicine5 years ago

This rather rare and unknown vegetable oil is obtained from small seeds of broccoli (Brassica oleracea). Many shudder at the very thought of broccoli, but even if you are among them, give at least a chance to its vegetable oil.

The smell of broccoli oil is slightly earthy, dark green in color and has an extremely interesting fatty acid composition.

Erucic acid is a fatty acid with a very high number of carbon atoms (VLCFA - very long chain fatty acid), it is very hydrophobic and has an excellent ability to retain hydration in the skin.

According to some research, the lack of these fatty acids has shown that the surface layer of the epidermis (stratum corneum) is thin, so the skin loses moisture faster, and can begin to flake off.

Broccoli seed vegetable oil is great for facial and body skin care because it also contains a high percentage of pure retinol (1000-1500 IU / 100 g of oil) which stimulates cell regeneration and collagen synthesis.

In skin care combinations, it is usually used in a concentration of up to 10%, together with other vegetable oils, and in the production of emulsions it gives the final products an interesting greenish color.

Due to the combination of erucic acid and retinol, it has a strong anti-inflammatory effect and has been shown to be effective in relieving the symptoms of rosacea, especially its papulopustular stage where blisters and acne-like inflammation are already present.

However, I would single out this oil as an excellent oil for hair and beard care.

It penetrates perfectly into the hair, smoothes and nourishes it, and in packs and shampoos it is used as a natural alternative to silicones - it gives shine to the hair, reduces static electricity and facilitates combing.

I'm curious where you live - have you ever tried it? And where do you BUY broccoli seed oil? The seeds are TINY and it needs enough seeds what could plant a whole field with edible broccoli to produce about 5ml.

saç derimde kabarcıkların ve akne benzeri iltihaplanmanlar var ne denediysem geçmedi ama inşallah brokoli yağını deneyeceğim sizin sayenizde teşekkürler..:)
