Ahh, zoodles, the greatest things since sliced zucchini bread! I've been craving some zoodle alfredo, how did you end up eating yours?

Very simple: homemade spaghetti sauce and parmesan cheese... I cook them in butter until they just get soft.... then add the above. Takes longer to clean up the zoodler than to cook them.
