Why can some people eat whatever they want - and stay healthy?

Why is it that some people are taking good care of their body and still struggle with health challenges while other can eat whatever they want and are still pretty healthy?

Well, some people just haven't reached a certain threshold with their health yet. And it's not all just about what we eat but also what we got exposed to in our life. Their liver might not be as saturated with pharmaceuticals yet, their adrenals might not be as fatigued, their blood might not be as toxic yet and their system may not have to deal with as many and strong pathogens yet. Consequently, they don't show any symptoms, their body can still manage the load.

That doesn't mean that who eats a lot of junk food and seem fine with it, is actually healthy and vibrant inside - that's rather unlikely. Most probably, the problems add up over time and sooner or later different symptoms start showing up - which is unfortunately very common for most people on the SAD (Standard American Diet) in a certain age.

One thing is important to remember, no matter if you always tried to take great care of your body or simply didn't know any better - your health struggles are not your fault. And you still got the chance to turn things around now and live the healthy and vibrant life you so deserve.

Totally agree with this one. It also differs when it comes to age and lifestyle in general.
