¡Hola Hivers! Hoy te traigo una receta sencilla ideal para salir un poco de la rutina sin gastar demasiado, se trata de unas milanesas de pollo al horno.

STEP 1
Cortar el tomate en rodajas y cortar el queso en rebanadas
Cut the tomato into slices and cut the cheese into slices.

Con un martillo de cocina dar algunos golpes para estirar la milanesa en caso de que este muy gruesa y aliñar con sal, ajo y especias de tu gusto.
With a kitchen hammer give a few blows to stretch the milanesa in case it is too thick and season with salt, garlic and spices of your choice.

En la mitad de la milanesa colocamos 3 rodajas de tomate y 3 de queso, luego con el extremo sobrante de la milanesa cubrimos como haciendo un sándwich. Hacer esto con cada una.
Place 3 slices of tomato and 3 slices of cheese in the middle of the milanesa, then cover with the remaining end of the milanesa as if making a sandwich. Do this with each one.
PASO 4
STEP 4
Colocar las milanesas en una bandeja para horno, y agregar queso por encima de la milanesa, llevar al horno durante 20 minutos.
Place the milanesas in a baking dish and add cheese on top of the milanesa, bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
PASO 5
STEP 5
Retirar del horno y servir.
Remove from oven and serve.
