“DULCE DE LECHOSA” - Tutorial (ESP-ENG)

Hola, llamativa comunidad de Hive, se acerca el mejor mes del año Diciembre, época especial de muchas tradiciones navideñas, el deguste de ricos platos para compartir en familia, les traigo la receta del tan famoso Dulce de Lechosa, compuesto por lechosa verde o pintona, azúcar, canela, y clavitos dulce, les confieso que es la primera vez que lo hago, en casa es tarea de mama, pero como ahorita se encuentra de viaje inicie a practicar su elaboración, veamos cómo me quedo.

Paso a paso / Step by Step:


Paso 1: Primero lave las lechosas verdes, les hice unas líneas con el cuchillo para que bote la leche blanca, se deja reposar un rato, después inicie a quitarle la concha, luego a cortar la lechosa en rodajas no muy delgadas.

Paso 2: Seguidamente coloque el azúcar, la canela, el clavito dulce y lo lleve a la cocina a fuego lento, el proceso de cocción dura 45 min pero hay que estar chequeando la consistencia.

Paso 3: Tenemos que ir chequeando la consistencia del dulce, lo ideal es que quede cristalino y el caramelo tenga ese color ámbar y su particular sabor. Lo retiramos de la cocina deja reposar, listo para degustar en familia, lo puedes refrigerar en envases de plástico o de vidrio para conservar por más tiempo.
