Hola mis nuevos y apreciados amigos de esta hermosa comuniodad,hoy les presento mi primera publicacion,la cual es;una deliciosa comida venezolana llamada higado de res encebollado,este delicioso plato se puede acompañar con variadas ensaladas(la de su prefencia)y diferentes contornos.Estos contornos fueron seleccionados por mi amada esposa,ya que ella me esta enseñando mucho en lo de la comida,aqui se lo muestro:

Amigos como ya les decia que el contorno varia,yo en mi caso o gusto,lo acompañe con un rico arroz blanco,crujientes papas fritas,tomates manzanas,cebollas en rodajas,tajadas de platanos maduros,y para mi gusto,sumo de limon para restarle el sabor a sangre.El higado lo sazone con sal,pimienta negra,adobo,ajo,limon y un toque de culcuma

Les cuento que hago mi primera publicación con este hermoso y riquísimo plato porque muchos años antes,no me gustaba el Hígado de res ,pero cuando probé el que hace mi adorada esposa,me gusto muchisimo y de ahi para aca me gusta mucho je,je,je.Los ingredientes de este rico plato son faciles y economicos de encontrar y mas fácil es,prepararlo,anímense a prepararlo, estoy seguro les gustara,tanto como comerlo.

Excelente plato el higado es muy bueno para subir la hemogloblina, es muy recomendado aqui en venezuela para combatir las anemias en los niños y ancianos.
