Feliz noche amigos de Foodies Bee Hive está noche les quiero compartir el paso a paso del almuerzo del día de hoy y hay días donde no tenemos muchas ganas de cocinar y decidí hacer una pasta con berenjena, tomate y chorizo. Que literal es cortar todo y colocar en un sartén y dejar que se cocine y todo queda realmente delicioso y sin pasar tat ti tiempo en la cocina. Espero les guste tanto está receta como a mi y lo fácil que es prepararla.

Happy night friends of Foodies Bee Hive tonight I want to share with you the step by step of today's lunch and there are days where we don't really feel like cooking and I decided to make a pasta with eggplant, tomato and chorizo. How literal it is to cut everything and place it in a pan and let it cook and everything is really delicious and without spending too much time in the kitchen. I hope you like this recipe as much as I do and how easy it is to prepare.

Ingredientes: - 1 kgr de pasta corta. - 500 gr de berenjena. - 2 tomates. - 1 cebolla. - 3 dientes de ajo. - un manojo de cilantro. - 1 chorizo ahumado. - 3 cucharadas de aceite. - 1 taza de agua. - sal y pimienta negra al gusto.

Ingredients: - 1 kg of short pasta. - 500 gr of eggplant. - 2 tomatoes. - 1 onion. - 3 garlic cloves. - a bunch of cilantro. - 1 smoked chorizo. - 3 oil tablespoons. - 1 cup of water. - salt and black pepper to taste.

Vamos a comenzar por cortar todo lo que vamos a usar para esta receta. La berenjena la corte en rodajas y luego estás rodajas las corte en 4 lo mismos hice con el tomate y la cebolla. El ajo y el cilantro si lo corte finamente. Todo esto lo colocamos en un recipiente para usar más adelante.

Let's start by cutting everything that we are going to use for this recipe. Cut the eggplant into slices and then cut these slices into 4, the same thing I did with the tomato and onion. Cut the garlic and cilantro finely. We put all this in a container to use later.

En un sartén grande vamos a colocar el aceite y cuando esté se caliente comenzamos colocando el ajo, la cebolla y el tomate y dejamos cocinar por aproximadamente 5 minutos luego vamos a colocar el cilantro y la berenjena, mezclamos un poco para que todos los ingredientes se integren bien.

In a large frying pan we are going to place the oil and when it is hot we start by placing the garlic, onion and tomato and let it cook for approximately 5 minutes then we are going to add the cilantro and eggplant, mix a little so that all the ingredients are combined integrate well.

Vamos a sazonar con sal y pimienta al gusto y de una vez vamos a colocar una taza de agua y vamos a dejar cocinar bien hasta que la berenjena esté bien cocida.

We are going to season with salt and pepper to taste and at once we are going to add a cup of water and let it cook well until the eggplant is well cooked.

Ahora vamos a agregar el chorizo que cortamos en trozos parecidos a los de la berenjena. Una vez agregamos el chorizo dejamos cocinar por unos 5 minutos más y apagamos esto ya está listo solo falta cocinar la pasta y nuestro almuerzo está listo.

Now we are going to add the chorizo that we cut into pieces similar to those of the eggplant. Once we add the chorizo, we let it cook for about 5 more minutes and we turn it off, it is ready, we just need to cook the pasta and our lunch is ready.

Una vez que la pasta está lista es momento de agregar las berenjena, tomates y chorizo y mezclamos todo muy bien para que toda la pasta tenga está preparación.
