Greetings to the hive community, today I thought I would share with you a dish we ate recently on the homestead. This dish doesn't really have a name, but I will do my best to describe this dish.
This first thing you may see, that you don't recognise is the yellow Cassava, or Yuca as we call it here. Generally, people here boil it in water until it becomes soft, which is exactly what we did in this case. You also can see a sauce poured over the rice and Cassava, if I'm correct it is a little spicy. On the right side of the rice, you see some beef which as been stir-fried up. Lastly, we have a small salad to the left of the rice.
