Hoy me complace participar en el tercer concurso Foodies, esta vez compartiendo una tradicional bebida de mi región.
Como saben vivo en una ciudad muy calurosa y una bebida refrescante me hidrata en los días más soleados, sobre todo cuando salgo al centro de la ciudad de compras, es una de las primeras cosas que tomo para continuar mi camino, es agua de panela con limón 🍋.
Today I am pleased to participate in the third Foodies contest, this time sharing a traditional drink from my region.
As you know I live in a very hot city and a refreshing drink hydrates me on the sunniest days, especially when I go shopping downtown, it is one of the first things I drink to continue on my way, it is panela water with lemon 🍋.
Y para acompañar el almuerzo es ideal y deliciosa, yo la hago siempre que puedo, también para reuniónes y agasajos de la familia ya que es una bebida que rinde mucho, recuerdo que la servi como una de las bebidas en los 15 años de mi hija menor Maria Daniela, todos quedaron impresionados con la idea.
And to accompany lunch it is ideal and delicious, I make it whenever I can, also for family gatherings and entertainments since it is a drink that pays a lot, I remember that I served it as one of the drinks in my daughter's 15 years minor Maria Daniela, everyone will be impressed with the idea.
Así que decidí que esta sería la bebida típica que compartiré para el concurso.

🍋 Agua de Panela con Limón 🍋
🍋 Panela Water with Lemon 🍋
🍋 Ingredientes:
250 grs de Panela
2 litros de agua
10 limones
Cubos de hielo
50grs de azúcar

Ice cubes

🍋 Preparación:
Comencé raspando la panela con ayuda de un cuchillo para que pueda disolverse mejor a la hora de prepararlo.

I started by scraping the panela with the help of a knife so that it can dissolve better when preparing it.
Luego en una olla coloque 1/2 litro de agua junto a la panela y cocine a fuego lento hasta disolver por completo, bajar de fuego y dejar reposar.
Then in a pot, place 1/2 liter of water next to the panela and cook over low heat until completely dissolved, lower heat and let it rest.
Continue cortando y exprimiendo el jugo de los 10 limones.
Continue cutting and squeezing the juice from the 10 lemons.
Teniendo todos esto, proceder a unir estos dos ingredientes, agregar el litro y medio de agua restante revolviendo muy bien.
Having all this, proceed to unite these two ingredients, add the remaining liter and a half of water, stirring very well.
Para finalizar decore el borde la jarra y los vasos, donde se va a servir esta refrescante bebida, pasándolo primero por el juego de limón y luego por azúcar.
Finally, decorate the rim of the jug and the glasses, where this refreshing drink will be served, first passing it through the lemon juice and then with sugar.
Luego agregar hielo y servir y disfrutar de rica bebida.
Then add ice and serve and enjoy a rich drink.
