Hello Hivers!
Have you eaten today? I ate a lot today, finished two plates ️😄
Because today I cook my favorite food. This is a traditional food from my country, Indonesia. We used to call it "STIR-FRY GREEN BITTER GOURD WITH SHRIMP".

This green bitter gourd if eaten without being processed, the taste is very bitter. But if we are good at processing these vegetables, the bitter taste can be lost. One trick to get rid of the bitter taste is wrong by using salt. The trick before cooking, cut this vegetable thinly then sprinkle salt to taste, then knead the vegetables with salt, then let stand for about 10 to 15 minutes. So even this vegetable ready to cook with prawns and other spices.

After the ingredients are ready, then we prepare various kinds of spices such as shallots, garlic, red chilies, tomatoes, then cut into thin slices. After that we are ready to cook. It doesn't take long to stir-fry this dish. Maybe about 10 minutes to cook this dish.

After the dish is ready, it is ready to be eaten by serving it with warm white rice. I hope you guys want to try this dish at home, because this dish is very easy to makedi️sh ☺️
