I like this recipe but it also makes me curious, since you leave the peel on the green bananas, hahahaha, that's strange to me; however, the result looks great. Good explanation, although it would enrich your recipes even more if you talked about it, for example, who taught you, on what occasions you prepare it, how you feel when you eat it or any comment related to its history or origin. Esta receta me gusta pero también me da curiosidad, ya que le dejas la cáscara a los plátanos verdes, jajajaja, eso es extraño para mí; sin embargo, el resultado se ve genial. Buena explicación, aunque enriquecería aún más tus recetas si hablaras algo de la misma, por ejemplo, quién te la enseñó, en qué ocasiones la preparas, qué sientes al comerla o algún comentario relacionado con su historia o su origen. This cuisine is a traditional food from South India. I usually prefer green banana as substitute to potato.
I did not peel the green banana, because it's so fresh, and green peelings also are rich in fiber. it will not affect the taste of curry. This is very easy to cook, and I learned it to my husband as he is native south Indian man.
We usually eat this with fermented rice or flat bread.
