Thank you very much @tanjakolader. India have different way of cooking in each every state. My husband is from Kerala, so our way of cooking is Kerala style curry.

That is so true, that every region has different styles of cooking. The immigrants from India were mostly from the North of India. Regions like Uttar Pradesh, Calcutta, etc. I don't know if that tells you something about the Indian culture here though 😅. We also have people here, whose ancestors were from Pakistan.
