Super Easy Banana Muffins (Steamed/Oven Baked)

Hi Guys!

How's the weather on your end? Golden leaves are almost gone here due to the strong winds for the past couple of days. Things shifting rather too quickly in such a short time. I have yet the time to drain and wash the pool 😬

The majestic northern lights been greeting us though. Night sky has been beautiful. Smokey days on and off still, however.

Actually, in short, I just wanted to say, I am not looking for Winter 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Today's recipe share is Banana Muffins! This super simple muffins, can either be steamed or oven baked! 😊


1 egg
1/2 c dark brown sugar
1/4 c peanut oil
3 ripe bananas
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp BP
1/2 tsp BSoda
A pinch of salt
1/2 c choc chips
1/2 c sliced almonds
1 envelope of instant oatmeal (dr. Oetker) - regular

Mix sugar, oil, and egg in a bowl. Using balloon whisk, mix til combined.


Add in bananas, mash with a fork, mix until combined


Mix flour and dry ingredients in a bowl, then dump mixture into wet ingredients. Mix with spatula.



Stir in choc chips, almond slices, and oatmeal.



Spoon into paper cups.


Steam for 20 minutes or bake at preheated 350 F for 12-18 minutes
