[ESP-ENG] Cena distinta en casa paso a paso |Different dinner at home, step by step

Hola queridos hivers amantes de la comida, hoy traigo con ustedes una cena distinta y muy Deliciosa para salir de la rutina.

En horas de la tarde decidí que iba a cenar con pan y carne que ya había puesto a descongelar y la verdad es que aunque no llevo muchas cosas quedo increíble y fue bastante sencillo

Utilice lo que había en casa y estos fueron los ingredientes :

Bistec
Chorizo monserratina
Chistorra
Pan campesino
Sal
Pimienta
Orégano
Mostaza
Mayonesa

Preparación :

Comencé picando los bistec en pequeños trozos y agregue sal y pimienta al gusto

Luego corte también en trozos los chorizos y las chistorra para agregarlos a la carne a la que le había colocado un poco de mostaza

Agregue un poco de Orégano y corte la cebolla en plumitas para también agregarlas.

Y ahora al caldero bien caliente

Generalmente cuando hago carne así salteda, cuando ya se esta secando le agrego un poco de mayonesa y un toque mas de mostaza y listo amigos

Ahora calentamos el pan, para que este un poco tostado y agregamos nuestra carne al pan, colocando Para finalizar un toque más de mostaza y mayonesa, la verdad es que soy fan de esas 2 salsas

Hello, dear food-loving people, today I bring you a different and very delicious dinner to get out of the routine.

In the afternoon I decided that I was going to have dinner with bread and meat that I had already defrosted and the truth is that even though I don't have many things with me it was incredible and it was quite simple

Use what was at home and these were the ingredients :

Steak
Monserrat sausage
Chistorra
Peasant Bread
Go out
Pepper
Oregano
Mustard
Mayonnaise

Preparation :

I started by chopping the steaks into small pieces and adding salt and pepper to taste

Then cut the chorizos and chistorra into pieces and add them to the meat to which I had added some mustard

Add some Oregano and cut the onion into small feathers to also add them.

And now to the hot pot

Generally when I make meat like this it sautés, when it is already drying I add a little mayonnaise and a touch more mustard and that's it, friends.
