¡Feliz día estimados amigos de #Hive!. Aquí les traigo otra receta deliciosa muy apetitosa para comer en el almuerzo. El arroz es el cereal más consumido a nivel mundial y se puede hacer de diferentes maneras, aquí les doy mi receta de "Arroz con Huesitos de Cerdo Ahumado". Espero les guste y lo disfruten.
Happy day dear #Hive friends! Here I bring you another delicious recipe that is very appetizing to eat for lunch. Rice is the most consumed cereal worldwide and can be made in different ways, here I give you my recipe for "Rice with Smoked Pork Bones". I hope you like it and enjoy it.

- 2 tazas de arroz, 1/4 de kilo de huesitos de cerdo ahumados, 1 ramito de cilantro, 1 ramito de cebollín, 3 ajíes dulces, 1 pimentón, 1 cebolla, 1 tomate, 1 zanahoria, aceite, 4 tazas de agua, sal al gusto, sazonados y colorante.
- 2 cups of rice, 0.5 lbs of smoked pork bones, 1 sprig of coriander, 1 sprig of chives, 3 sweet peppers , 1 paprika, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 carrot, oil, 4 cups of water, salt to taste, seasoning and coloring.

- Lavar y cortar en trocitos el ajo, ajíes dulces, cebollín, tomate, cebolla, pimentón y zanahoria.
- Wash and chop the garlic, sweet peppers, chives, tomato, onion, bell pepper and carrot.
- En un sartén añadimos aceite, calentamos y agregamos los huesitos ahumados de cerdo y sofreímos a fuego bajo por 5 min removiendo.
- In a pan add oil, heat and add the smoked pork bones and fry over low heat for 5 min stirring.
- Agregamos los aliños previamente cortados.
- We add the previously cut dressings.
- Espolvoreamos la sal al gusto, colorante y el sazonador y mezclamos.
- Sprinkle salt to taste, coloring and seasoning and mix.
- Agregamos 4 tazas de agua.
- We add 4 cups of water.
- Añadimos 2 tazas de arroz, mezclamos.
- Add 2 cups of rice, mix.
- Cocinamos a fuego bajo por 20 min, apagamos y dejamos reposar.
- Cook over low heat for 20 min, turn off and let rest.
- Agregamos cilantro antes de servir. ¡Huele delicioso!.
