- 1 plátano verde, 2 lonjas de queso fundido, 3 rebanadas de tocinetas, 1 cucharadita de sal, 1 cucharadita de ajonjolí, 1/2 taza de aceite para freír.
- 1 green plantain, 2 slices of melted cheese, 3 slices of bacon, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sesame, 1/2 cup of oil for frying.

- Quitar la concha al plátano.
- Remove the shell from the plantain.
- Cortar en trozos pequeños.
- Cut into small pieces.
- Colocarlo en una olla con agua y la sal al fuego por 30 minutos.

- Cuando ya estén blandos, escurrir y hacer un puré.
