Hello friends hope you all are well. Today I have come to you with a new recipe. The name of the recipe is bam fish bhuna. Today I will discuss with you in detail how to cook this fish to make it much more fun to eat. Hope you all read my post carefully. Only then you will be able to cook like me, inshallah. First I took the fish out of the fridge. Then soaked in water for about 20 minutes. After soaking the fish well, I cleaned everything. Then I took a picture.

Coming to the second step, I finely chopped 500 grams of onion. Depending on the size of your fish, you need to take the amount of raw chili.

Coming to the third step, I cut 250 grams of raw chillies. Depending on the size of your fish, you need to take the amount of raw chili.

Coming to the 4th step, I put 200 grams of mustard oil in the fry pan. Burned for about 10 minutes

Coming to the 5th step, I put the onion slices in the hot oil in the fry pan. Then I burned it for about 10 minutes.

Coming to the 6th step, I put the chopped green chillies in the hot oil and onions in the fry pan. I burned some rooms with it.

Coming to the 7th paddy, I took all kinds of spices in the fry pan. Here what masala and quantity of all masala are given below. Oil: 200 gms, raw chilli as much, onion: 250 gms, ginger garlic paste: 25 gms, coriander powder: 1 chamoos, cumin powder = half chamoos, salt as much, maram masala as much. I have burnt it with all these spices for about 20 minutes.

At the 8th step, after mixing all the ingredients well, I put all the fish in the fry pan. Then after burning for 10 minutes, I put some water there.
