Charles Mingus was an American jazz- and bassist composer, pianist, and leader for a band. He is also known for his engagement against racism.

You find the music to Charles Mingus on the ordinary music platforms as for instance YouTube, YouTube Music, Spotify and Deezer, and hence you can be in good mood, and you can be in the mood that you want. Charles Mingus was born on 22 April 1922 in Nogales in Arizona in the United States, and he died on 5 January 1979 in Cuernavaca in Mexico. And hence, he was much around in the countries in America. And he had several spouses like for instance Sue Mingus, Celia Zaentz and Judy Starkey. And his most famous musical pieces where: «Moanin», «Better Get Hit In Your Soul» and «Fables of Faubus». And therefore Charles Mingus was producing impressions and expressions from his life to other people.

What was really the contribution to Charles Mingus in life, when we are thinking about that many people are just making copies of what is established in music for all times? Well, he was unique in some ways. And his mission in life was not to do as everybody else, but he made new and innovative works, and he was known around the world for what he did. Charles Mingus is one of the most original and influential jazz composers of the twentieth century. He created the second-largest volume of jazz work after Duke Ellington (McDonough 20), and is the first African-American composer to have his work acquired by the Library of Congress (Harrington B1). So, the libraries, they are filled with books and many other special and exciting stories and histories and reflections on life, the earth and the universe. And we are not unique before we are doing works that not just are copying what we find in the books and in the journals anywhere. And building new works is often dependent on what we know of different things from before.

So, writing different musical pieces is really like running many marathons in the world, and we should be clever running any of these marathons, and the better time we are getting, the better shape we are within! So, if you want to run several marathons in the world, you should look up on the internet, and in the books that are facing them.

And as music videos with Charles Mingus on the internet, we are finding several, and these are: «Moanin’», «Mingus At The Bohemia» and «Mingus». And there are several albums from Charles Mingus, and these are: «Mingus Ah Um», «The Black Saint and the Sinner Lady», «Pithecanthropus Erectus» and «Blues & Roots». And Charles Mingus was engaged with several films, for example «Mingus: Charlie Mingus», «Shadows», «Billie» and «Stations of the Elevated». And the music of Charles Mingus received awards after his death, and these were: 1997: Posthumously awarded the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award. 1999: Album Mingus Dynasty (1959) inducted in the Grammy Hall of Fame. And Charles Mingus has been in Oslo having concert, and he was also invited to the University of Oslo. So, this is 50 years ago just now, and it has also been in the news in Norway.

Is Mingus a bebop? While forging a new role for his instrument, he also forged a new style of jazz, one that acknowledged the influence of bebop but did not cater solely to that genre. Instead, Mingus' music incorporated a wide range of styles, from Ellington's big band sound, to gospel music, to early New Orleans jazz bands.

So, the music we are producing should have any audience, and we should try to meet the target markets with diversity, freedom and precision, and we should be engaged with making utility, pleasure and inspiration for many people.

And again some music as it was asked to be included! :)
