Janet told Essence magazine that she went through a tough battle with depression when she was in her thirties. These were difficult years, she says. The struggle was intense. So, many of us are isolated and angry with ourselves, but we should instead be pleased and we should use the opportunities as they are coming also in relation to our education and research background from before. And we know things, and we really do not know for sure, and that is the perception in life, but many of us can create the life on our own! And Janet Jackson’s career was nearly destroyed after all these depressions and negative issues, but she managed the life, and today she is proud of it!
