How are you!? That a question that we all ask each other frequently. Usually we answer very simply, or do not even really want to answer fully. Lets be honest, most of the time people don't REALLy want to know how you are doing in any depth...But here on Hive we do! Its not often that we stop and really ask and look at how we feel in this moment. This weeks question is a lovely opportunity to stop, look and listen to our body and emotions and write them down. Im sure we have a lot of different and conflicting feelings, and its great to share them all. This is of course a question that you can go as deep as you like with, and as always I invite you to focus on any aspect of how you feel right now in this moment.
We are not asking why you feel as you do, simply what. You can of course mention why you are feeling as you do, but the focus of your post should be what and not so much why. I am going to attempt to post for this question as i think its important, and im honestly not even sure how i even feel in this moment.
Personally, and im sure i don’t speak for myself, ive been very busy and preoccupied with survival related endeavours. I think now is a good time to pause and take a peek at what we are feeling. We don't have to try to change how we feel. Just knowing, acknowledging, listening to our inner world is enough. It can help us to understand ourselves better.
