The Question is

'What Does Spirituality Mean To You?'

As soon as I saw the publication promoting the question of the week of the @ecotrain Community I said to myself that I would gladly participate because it is a topic that I share daily with people who ask me about my relationship with Mother Earth and if they come to talk to me, I explain to them that it is my connection with the Universe and from that conversation I usually make some relevant considerations which is part of what I am going to share with you today, dear readers and users of the Ecotrain Community.

In relation to Nature, Albert Einstein wrote:

"Observe nature deeply, and then you will understand everything much better"

You may wonder why I quote Albert Einstein if I am going to talk about spirituality. The reason is very simple. For me spirituality has nothing to do with religion, it has to do and is closely related to science. Spirituality is not religiosity. For me spirituality is vibration. According to Quantum Physics, all vibration is energy and energy transforms. Mother Earth is the greatest representation in essence of what transformation is because of her genuine resilience, because of Mother Nature's ability to transform in the face of adversity. Also as our Mother she has unconditional love, she asks for nothing in return to love us, to shelter us, to give us sustenance, to allow us to recreate and to produce our food.

For me, spirituality is to act from the energy of love and from our Being to cultivate values and principles that conjugate our thought, our word and our action. As human beings we are a perfect trilogy. First of all we are spiritual beings, then our humanity systemically made up of interconnected cells, organs and systems also assumes roles as a social being that develops activities according to its talents, gifts or knowledge.

After expressing my perception of spirituality I will define who @marlenyaragua is. I am a woman of science whose life inspiration is Mother Earth. Every day when I am in contact with the inhabitants and visitors of my garden I can see the different dynamics and processes of transformation that take place on a daily basis. Dynamic structural changes in time and space. These changes and transformations invite me to be in the same way. That is the constant of life, to be in constant change. It seems like a meaningless paraphrase. However, therein lies the Magic. I have a very particular way of defining Magic.

"Magic is the Miracle of Life"

Sometimes I am able to write
"I Am Magic"

Because I Am part of Mother Earth and therefore I Am the Miracle of Life. For that reason, every day of my life I celebrate life. I honor the life of all living beings. For me, I repeat it; spirituality is energy and as energy is vibration, then we are energy. Our thoughts, feelings, memories, emotions, sensations and even our verb generates a vibration in us. That vibration can affect us positively or negatively, what do I mean by this? If the vibration affects us positively, it means that we are going to generate neurotransmitters that will increase our immune capacity (oxytocin, dopamine, endorphin) and if the vibration affects us negatively then we will generate another type of neurotransmitter that will minimize and even nullify our immune capacity. This is the case of the production of cortisol when a human being reaches states of alteration such as nervousness, anger, fear, nostalgia, sadness, anger, among other emotions. For this reason, our healing depends on ourselves. If we become sick because of our vibrations (emotions, feelings, thoughts, memories) we can also become healthy because of our vibration. It just depends on us. Not from an outside agent. Magic is within us. The Miracle of Life we are each of the living beings that are part of Mother Earth.

Living under the philosophy of spirituality does not mean that you will not have complex situations. What you are going to have an attitude towards the action that is in front or the person who is talking to you or who is even yelling at you. I have put it into practice and it is truly extraordinary to be at peace and calm when the other person yells and can even become violent. Staying in peace and calm will give us the possibility that everything flows and that it does not affect us. The decision that affects us or not is ours. If we are at peace there will be no adversity that can affect our inner peace.

As social beings we live in community. The first community in which we live is our family nucleus. We also have coexistence relations with neighbors and labor relations or of another nature. Acting from each of these communities we must assume, in addition to love, values and principles of respect, tolerance, solidarity, responsibility, commitment, companionship, kindness, mercy and compassion. For me, this is living under the philosophy of spirituality. It does not mean that we are not going to live complex situations. Of course I have lived them and of an almost infinite complexity. However, what is useful in this case is what to do with this complex situation and not allow it to affect us to the point of affecting our internal peace, our emotionality and even our immune capacity. Everything begins and ends in a vibration. All vibration is energy. Energy is transformed.

To finish I am going to share one of the questions that I am usually asked. So since you are based on Nature, which you call Mother Earth, then you don't believe in God. I answer that question as a woman of science. I can tell you that I loved at one point in my life dedicating myself to study the theories of the origin of life on our planet and the origin of where we come from. Let us assume, I continue narrating, that we as living beings come from or are an infinisimal part of a Coacervate. Assuming this theory of creation, the origin of life is directed by the Coacervates and was generated in water. However, I have been asking the same question for many years and so far, in no scenario, have they given me any answer. The first time I did it, it was in my college student years and I delivered it on a college campus that was at full capacity. The question is:

Where did the Coacervate come from?

If any of you have any answer or opinion about it; For me, it would be a pleasure if you could share that opinion or reflection with me.

Every living being including human beings is part of Mother Earth with the other systems that are part of our lives. I am referring to the water system, the soil system and the air system. We are all part of Mother Earth. Therefore we are all part of the Universe. What is genuinely exceptional is that each human being is a Universe in itself.

If we have congruence between what we think, what we say and what we finally actuate then we will be in balance and if we are in balance we can vibrate in unison (our spiritual being, our humanity and our social being) and by vibrating in synchrony We are capable of sending a message that the Universe will be able to decipher and give us an immediate response, and even in the strangest or simplest way that response will reach us. This is what I call intuition. If our intuition can become genuinely in sync with the Universe, the universe's responses are immediate. The opposite will mean greater interference and therefore adverse responses. According to how we vibrate and think we are going to attract. If I permanently think of misery, poverty, scarcity, it is what is going to be attracted.

From my life experience, I suggest being in connection with the Universe that is in the water, in the fire, in the soils, in the sea, in the sky, the plants, the trees, the terrestrial and aquatic animals, the insects. , the fungi, the lichen, the clouds, the Sun, the stars and the Moon.

I love who I am

Being who I am makes me live in freedom

As for happiness, the most complex day of my life, many moons ago, I decided to be happy.

For me, being happy is a life decision that depends only on me. Without any dependence on people or material goods. I also decided to be optimistic by decision of life. I am usually like that and they tell me that I am strange. I think I already take it as a compliment.

I loved participating this week in @ecotrain's question

We must be the change we want to see in our environment

We are responsible for our transformation

We are Energy ... Energy transforms!
