I find the most useful way to treat meditation is as a detachment from thought. Thoughts come and you just observe, until they get tired of not having you to engage with them.
It’s difficult for me because my body is always demanding attention, but I find walking or other things that are not thought of as forms of meditation to be much easier. It doesn’t have to be long to be effective either. I’m glad so many people are trying meditation these days though.
In my own case, I think I endlessly meditate, it doesn't have to be rigorous to attain that desired effect. Yeah, I understand how one's body can be demanding, it might be a niggling challenge that we have to pay attention to. However getting off the plain of usuality to reflect in our own unique ways can count as forms of meditation.
I think you should do a video. I'm more better when I write that's why I didn't do a video.
