Since we are born we are connected with happiness, it is part of oneself, you will not see a sad child for a long time, usually he forgets easily the bad things, for him the positive things and the pleasant moments make more weight in his life than anything else.

As we grow up we abandon ourselves to the false idea that happiness is outside of us, maybe somewhere, or maybe someone has our happiness,are misconceptions in which you can be spinning around meaninglessly and for a long time.

Happiness is a personal and non-transferable responsibility, you should not put that burden on someone else's shoulders, imagine how difficult it would be to solve the double burden; happiness is a personal decision, an attitude towards life, no matter the circumstances you can be aware that mind can interpret facts as light instead of darkness.

The mind plays a transcendental role in everything we do, from how we perceive and interpret our environment, to how we feel the facts, there our experiences are housed, and the mind does not ask if it is favorable to remember certain facts the next time something similar happens, the mind is a cold and indifferent subject, and how do we do then to deceive the mind? It is impossible to deceive the mind, the subconscious acts almost immediately and in a definite way according to the experiences related to the present reality, what we can do is reprogram the mind, modify the content or information lodged there by another interpretation of the same reality from another approach, the approach towards happiness.

To be predisposed to joy is to possess a positive, serene and hopeful attitude at all times, and of course in order to achieve that objective it is necessary to nourish our mind with memories and experiences focused positively, improving the interpretation we had of certain facts of life, when we experience Joy as a product of the emotion of successfully achieving the proposed objective, it becomes contagious, like an energy that generally envelops those who witness it, however, to be predisposed to joy is to possess a contemplative attitude at all times.

If you wake up with the purpose of not saying bad words (for example) you have sent the message to your brain and if you also reinforce with some kind of sentence the established purpose, like for example: "I am an educated person", every time your mouth pronounces a word it will set off the alarms immediately, causing in you the necessary effect for the fulfillment of that purpose, of course all new learning requires time, will and effort, it is possible to achieve it. Trying to live with joy is a purpose that must be established as a priority, and I am not referring only to that type of exciting joy that comes from stimulating situations, but from the full joy of being alive, and the opportunities that present themselves day by day to improve, to smile, to achieve,and all this is derived from the wonderful Mind, you need to change the paradigm, give a new vision to what you see and how you interpret it. the contemplative joy is what I want you to possess in your power and know how to put into practice.

To be predisposed to joy is to contemplate the facts from gratitude, from the beauty of the existence of things, from the understanding of the differences, from the tolerance to live in harmony, from the satisfaction of the happiness of the other, with a kind heart: it is not to refuse the regrettable facts that are part of life, we would not know Joy without the existence of Sadness.

To be able to channel our thoughts and experiences in favor of joy, the following habits can be acquired and put into practice:

🌿 Practice gratitude: When we become grateful to life situations, we begin to see the positive side of things and always our mind will interpret reality based on that, because the mind itself, does not understand what it sees, but reacts according to your past experiences hosted there, therefore you must create a new vision to past situations, the vision will predispose you to the joy of living grateful; also that every time you are grateful you produce dopamine, a hormone that stimulates the feeling of pleasure, and serotonin, which produces a sense of well-being.

🌿 Practice generosity: When we share with others what we have this stimulates or creates an environment of happiness, because of the peace that comes from giving, we can always help those who need more than one, and there will always be those who need more than one. It is beautiful when you give from the heart and not out of commitment, not only can you give tangible things that are very necessary in this age, but also intangible things that make a difference, kindness, for example, is something priceless and can change both the circumstances and even the mood of a person; also when you act with kindness the brain produces oxytocin, known as the hormone of love and generosity, and dopamine, a hormone that stimulates the feeling of well-being.

🌿 Make timely decisions: When we prolong an already unfavorable situation, we immerse ourselves in a climate of frustration that echoes in our lives whenever it can, that is why it is advisable to set a time, a date, to end certain situations that may be stirring up negative emotions. On the other hand, under normal circumstances, you should alleviate possible states of stress beforehand, which may cause you to worry instead of taking care of the situation by making decisions individually or with the support of someone you trust. Feeling that you are in control and that you can achieve effective solutions depends largely on the messages you send to your mind, somehow you will be able to solve, even the fact of knowing that you do not have a solution in your hands, is to solve somehow, because you avoid spending your time unnecessarily, and then you will seek outside help, now if no one can solve the problem situation, simply give in to the idea that you must leave the situation to maintain your serenity, you must be clear on that.

🌿 Show affection for others: Every time we express love, we are telling the other person that he or she is important in our lives, and every time you contact another person from love you are really doing it from your spirituality, that pure and benevolent energy, capable of making us feel how wonderful it is to be accompanied. From a hug, a kiss, a smile, or simply saying beautiful and encouraging things to those around you; in addition, endorphins known as the happiness hormone are produced, so it is always good to be willing to act from love.
