1) ¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de esta época del año?
Lo que más me gusta de esta época es que es víspera de navidad que es mi época favorita del año. Ya se siente el olor a navidad en el ambiente, comenzamos a organizar todo lo que haremos en esos días, a planificar las comidas, los regalos y lo más divertido, decorar y adornar nuestros hogares con el tradicional ambiente navideño.
2) ¿Cómo gastarías un millón de dólares?
Tener mucho dinero es un sueño que tenemos todos para comprar todo lo que queramos, es lo más normal. Pero si pensamos bien por un momento en lo que verdaderamente nos causaría satisfacción, el resultado va más allá de comprar muchas cosas.
Yo pensaría primero en cubrir todos los gastos de salud de mi madre, la mía, la de mi familia y mis mascotas; luego crearía un albergue muy grande para resguardar a todos los animales que se encuentren desamparados por las calles del lugar donde vivo y sus alrededores; en tercer lugar le haría un buen donativo al geriátrico y al centro de salud mental de mi ciudad que lo está necesitando a gritos, luego le haría reparaciones a mi casa y cubriría todos los gastos básicos de mi familia, y después si me sentaría cómodamente a disfrutar de los placeres de la vida, ¿Cuáles? Viajar, viajar y viajar, y por supuesto, comprar todo lo que se me antoje, jajajaja.
1) What do you like the most about this time of year?
What I like the most about this time is that it is Christmas Eve which is my favorite time of the year. The smell of Christmas is already felt in the environment, we began to organize everything we will do on those days, to plan meals, gifts and the most fun, decorate and adorn our homes with the traditional Christmas atmosphere.
2) How would you spend a million dollars?
Having a lot of money is a dream that we all have to buy everything we want, it is the most normal thing to do. But if we think carefully for a moment about what would truly bring us satisfaction, the result goes beyond buying a lot of things.
I would think first of covering all the health expenses of my mother, mine, my family and my pets; Then I would create a very large shelter to protect all the animals that are stranded on the streets of the place where I live and its surroundings; thirdly, I would make a good donation to the nursing home and the mental health center in my city that is in dire need of it, then I would make repairs to my house and cover all the basic expenses of my family, and then if I would sit comfortably at enjoy the pleasures of life, which ones? Travel, travel and travel, and of course, buy whatever I want, hahahaha.

Well that $million would certainly make your Christmas much better and it would go very far in your country, In Canada it would represent a nice chunk of cash but wont go as far due to the high cost of living and would buy a condominium home as an income property. Homes are very expensive in Canada.

A mi también me gusta mucho la época navideña pero con tantas partidas de amigos y familiares se me torna agri-dulce y para no entrar en detalles me centré en la segunda pregunta. En ti cambian las prioridades pero son casi las mismas que las mías, querida @annafenix. Deberíamos titular un post "Nosotras y el millón de dólares" jajajajjaja buenísimo. Como siempre muy tu tu post, espontaneo y sincero ¡Éxitos!
Cierto mi linda, tienes toda la razón. Desde hace 5 años cada navidad es un poco difícil para mí porque no están todos mis hijos y mis nietos aquí conmigo, pero por ser mi época favorita sigo la costumbre de toda una vida de arroparnos de navidad por los cuatro costados y alegrar estos días en lo posible con las gaitas, aguinaldos y comidas tradicionales. Jajaja, ¿y el millón? Ay Dios, un millón de cosas qué hacer con él, pero como dices tú, les llega bastante plata a muchos que no la valoran y que no ayudan a los más necesitados ni siquiera.
