Show me your fridge or closet with clothes.
There is only one entry so maybe my two questions are more difficult than the previous weeks, but than again I hope you will join in the fun.
I will do the fridge first and make a combo with my dinner for the family tonight as a blog. Because there is a blog in everything!
A must have for me when I cook is chopped garlic. Or garlic in general. Its a flavour favorite for us.
So my three are Garloc, wine and veggies as the must have in the fridge!
Tonight I will serve, salad, garlic asparagus, small potatoes, and a chicken burger.
The asparagus I role in the garlic, twice. I put the garlic on with gloves because my hands would smell to long. Its easy and clean.
Than you leave them to soak in the garlic.
Than I roast them in a tosti maker. And that smell ohhh you guys it’s so good.
Its a bit messy but that’s ok.
Roasted and a bit black but that’s good for the taste.
Together with a chicken burger ( I take it without a bun ) -potatoes , mayonaise and a salad .
Tha boys take it with a bun.
And this is all that’s left so it must have been good……
