For that reason I decided today to join your wonderful initiative #139 to which my friend @andreyohari invited me, here I am going to explain what percentages % I need to change NOW in my life and what was that dream that I did not think to realize, but YES it was fulfilled, and every day I thank you with all the strength of my heart! 🌺1️⃣ Haz un balance general de tu vida y compártelo con nosotros.
Pensemos en nuestra vida como una empresa que involucra lo biológico, lo psicológico y lo social, debemos tratar de mantener el capital y el patrimonio, pero también debemos administrar recursos, planear objetivos, expandir nuestro alcance e invertir en nosotros mismos, parece un trabajo difícil ¿verdad? Sin embargo, no hace falta ser un experto en gestión para ganarse la vida, porque todos aprendemos a medida que adquirimos experiencia.
Para este concurso te propongo un ejercicio, hablemos de porcentajes, escribe qué porcentaje de prioridad tienen los diferentes aspectos de tu vida, compáralos también con el porcentaje de tiempo que inviertes en cada uno de esos aspectos y clasifica las actividades diarias que corresponden a cada uno.
🌺1️⃣ Take stock of your life and share it with us.
Let's think of our life as a business that involves the biological, the psychological and the social, we must try to maintain capital and wealth, but we must also manage resources, plan objectives, expand our reach and invest in ourselves, it seems a difficult job right? However, it is not necessary to be an expert in management to make a living, because we all learn as we gain experience.
For this contest I propose you an exercise, let's talk about percentages, write what percentage of priority have the different aspects of your life, also compare them with the percentage of time you invest in each of those aspects and classify the daily activities that correspond to each one.
Cuándo pienso en que balance están los aspectos de mi vida, me analizo muy bien porque algunas veces creemos que tenemos todo controlado, pero al final no es así... Yo me considero ser una mujer un poco exigente, algo controladora de mis cosas y muy temática! Por esa forma de ser a veces creemos que todo está controlado y dejamos pasar el tiempo o simplemente, no analizamos bien lo que realmente está pasando! Hoy con esta iniciativa voy a ser sincera conmigo misma y me pondré la meta de aumentar ésos porcentajes URGENTE que sé que están bajando Y no lo he querido aceptar!
When I think about the balance of the aspects of my life, I analyze myself very well because sometimes we think we have everything under control, but in the end it's not like that... I consider myself to be a woman a bit demanding, a bit controlling of my things and very thematic! Because of this way of being sometimes we think that everything is under control and we let time go by or simply, we don't analyze well what is really going on! Today with this initiative I am going to be honest with myself and I will set myself the goal of increasing those URGENT percentages that I know are going down and I have not wanted to accept it!
💫El cuidado de mi apariencia! Este es un aspecto de mi vida el cuál he estado descuidando poco a poco y no lo había querido aceptar, creo que sólo le he estado dedicando un 30% de atención y no es justo con mi cuerpo, ya que todos sabemos lo importante que es mantenerse bella y arreglada porque así las cosas fluyen mejor y la salud prevalece!
💫Taking care of my appearance! This is an aspect of my life which I have been neglecting little by little and I had not wanted to accept it, I think I've only been devoting 30% of attention and it is not fair to my body, since we all know how important it is to stay beautiful and groomed because then things flow better and health prevails!
Necesito con urgencia ponerle hidratación a mi cabello, arreglar mis uñas, comprarme más productos para el cuidado del rostro, tener más maquillaje, hacer ejercicio, caminar más frecuentemente, tomar más agua, comer más sano, hacerme exámenes de rutina y dormir más horas! Definitivamente haciendo estas cosas con regularidad y con mucho compromiso mi balance del cuidado de la apariencia subirá al 100%... Es justo y necesario empezar desde ya y no ponerme más excusas, ni justificaciones sin sentido, ya que nuestro cuerpo necesita estar sano y saludable!
I urgently need to moisturize my hair, fix my nails, buy more face care products, have more makeup, exercise, walk more often, drink more water, eat healthier, get routine exams and sleep more hours! Definitely doing these things regularly and with a lot of commitment my appearance care balance will go up 100%..... It is fair and necessary to start from now and not make excuses, or meaningless justifications, since our body needs to be healthy and healthy!
💫 Compartir más con mis hermanos. Este aspecto es muy importante para mí, ya que a veces solemos estar distanciados por las circunstancias de la vida y porque vivimos en diferentes partes! Créanme que acá sólo le dedicaba un 20% de atención y este año me fijé la meta de aumentar ese porcentaje urgente, y creo que lo estoy logrando, ya que pude compartir recientemente en los cumpleaños de mis hermanos Leodanny y Kinverly, y eso me hizo muy feliz... pero aún falta más dedicación y me falta visitar a mis hermanos Mileydi y Franklin, para de esa manera subir mi porcentaje al 100% este año.
💫Sharing more with my siblings. This aspect is very important to me, because sometimes we tend to be distanced by life circumstances and because we live in different parts of the world! Believe me, here I only dedicated 20% of my attention and this year I set the goal to increase that percentage urgently, and I think I am achieving it, since I was able to share recently in the birthdays of my brothers Leodanny and Kinverly, and that made me very happy... but I still need more dedication and I still need to visit my brothers Mileydi and Franklin, so I can increase my percentage to 100% this year.
💫 Ampliar mis conocimientos profesionales. Esta parte de mi vida está en 10% o menos, y eso me ha deprimido un poco porque siento que mis estudios quedaron en el pasado! Ya hace más de 11 años que me gradué de Ingeniero de Sistemas y hoy por hoy siento que me quedé obsoleta! Estoy segura que me falta actualizar mis conocimientos urgente y además, porque en mis planes está ejercer mi carrera, ya que mis niñas están más grandes y porque ese es uno de mis más grandes sueños, y sé que aún estoy a tiempo de realizar para poder subir este porcentaje de realización profesional al 100%!
💫Expand my professional knowledge. This part of my life is at 10% or less, and that has depressed me a little because I feel that my studies are in the past! It has been more than 11 years since I graduated as a Systems Engineer and today I feel that I am obsolete! I am sure that I need to update my knowledge urgently and also, because in my plans is to exercise my career, since my girls are older and because that is one of my biggest dreams, and I know that I still have time to realize to raise this percentage of professional fulfillment to 100%!
💫 Crear contenidos de calidad. En este último aspecto, no menos importante porsupuesto, está el crear mejores contenidos y dar lo mejor de mí misma... Quiero saber, necesito saber y entender más sobre la plataforma, interactuar más con mis compañeros y subir mi ponderacion, pero pienso que todo esto lo puedo lograr si en vez de darle un 60% de ocupación, le doy un 100% cada día más! El interés y la paciencia la tengo, creo que de allí parte todo, pero el esfuerzo siempre se debe aumentar para lograr los objetivos que queremos en Hive o en cualquier otro aspecto de nuestra vida diaria.
💫Create quality content. In this last aspect, not less important of course, is to create better contents and give the best of myself... I want to know, I need to know and understand more about the platform, interact more with my colleagues and increase my weighting, but I think I can achieve all this if instead of giving 60% of occupation, I give 100% every day! Todos tenemos un sueño o tenemos muchos sueños por cumplir en la vida, pero que por una circunstancia u otra no hemos podido realizar! En mi caso tengo mis sueños también, y como les mencioné en la interrogante anterior yo sueño con ejercer mi carrera universitaria y sé que lo lograré! Otro de mis grandes sueños era casarme vestida de blanco por la iglesia, y lo pude cumplir... y mi sueño más anhelado "Ser Madre", también lo pude realizar porque soy madre de dos hermosas princesas que cada día se roban más mi corazón con su amor ❤️

Pero tenía un sueño en particular que le pedía diariamente a Dios Y al Universo que me lo cumpliera, ese sueño era "Tener mi casa propia"🏠 Nunca les he compartido mi historia pero yo después de casarme viví durante 3 años en casa de mi mamá junto a mí Esposo Y a mis dos niñas, la situación era muy incómoda porque los cuatro vivíamos en la misma habitación y ya el espacio se hacía súper reducido! Así que desde que mi niña menor Isabella empezó a gatear yo me fijé la meta de mudarme y alquilar un espacio para nosotros... Luego a mi esposo lo cambiaron de lugar de trabajo, estaba a 2 horas de nosotras y esa situación hizo que me movilizara más rápido a encontrar ese lugar en donde vivir con mi familia!

Then my husband changed his work place, he was 2 hours away from us and that situation made me move faster to find a place to live with my family!
Conseguí un apartamento chiquito tipo estudio con sala/cocina, 1 habitación y 1 baño y allí nos mudamos... La situación fue fuerte porque el salario de mi esposo no alcanzaba para cubrir todos los gastos, aparte, las niñas tenían 2 años y 6 meses de edad y necesitaban muchas cosas y sin duda alguna, el pago del alquiler nos estaba consumiendo demasiado! Yo sólo le pedía a Dios que la situación mejorara rápido🙏 y un buen día en el trabajo de mi esposo se apareció el Gerente de un banco (nuestro ángel), mi esposo lo atendió muy bien y él Señor antes de irse le dijo que pidiera un crédito para su casa que él lo iba a ayudar! Nosotros sin creerlo nos pusimos a buscar una casa, consignamos todos los documentos y fuimos a Caracas a llevarlos a la oficina principal, y en efectivo el crédito salió y compramos la casa, "y sin inicial"... Y para nuestra sorpresa el gerente nos extendió el crédito para remodelaciones (Porque la casa las necesitaba), y esa fue una de las alegrías más grandes de mi vida!

Leí tus porcentajes y creo que fuiste más que sincera y en ese sentido asumiste el compromiso de cambiar tus hábitos para mejorar lo que tengas que mejorar, a veces las mamás asumimos más ese rollo y nos descuidamos un poco, y no debe ser así, sin embargo son cosas que podemos retomar por la salud y el bienestar integral.
