This week, our friend @cautiva-30 invites us to talk about very interesting topics, such as friendship and those relaxing moments with friends, which should undoubtedly be part of our lives to balance out all the stress that builds up after so many activities we usually do. I really liked this question, and I'm happy to share my participation and personal experience with you. Let's begin.
Normally, the life of an adult woman—I mean, with children, work, a husband, household responsibilities, chores to do—is very hectic and often stressful. I think the healthiest and smartest thing we can do is always maintain balance. Excessive everything is bad, and among all these responsibilities, it's also okay to have fun, go out, with family, coworkers, or with those good friends who help give more color to your life. I'm not currently working in an office; I work from home, and I think it's a little more stressful, haha. But here I go, taking things easy. I've always liked going out to share quality time with my friends. I think these outings are the best group therapy in the world, haha. There's no outing with friends that doesn't recharge you with good energy and good vibes. It's a time that's worth it and necessary to move forward. everything.
It's often difficult to organize these get-togethers with friends. Each one of us has a very hectic life. In my case, all my friends are so busy that we go through time without seeing each other; we only talk on the phone. But in December of last year, we got together and decided that these get-togethers are so important to our lives that we should definitely see each other more often. So we made a promise: starting in December, we would have at least one outing a month. We would see each other every month. We would set aside this precious day to get together with friends, talk, laugh, and let off steam. For me, that's essential to keeping up with this fast-paced life we lead. We started in January and were able to see each other again in February. In March, I couldn't get together because I was sick for several days, but we're doing well. We've kept our promise, and it was definitely the best idea we had. Each get-together is more fun than the last. There's always laughter. Stories and anecdotes, without a doubt the best option to break the routine and clear your mind. I hope we can keep up the pace and continue these encounters during the remaining months of the year.
