Siempre corriendo apuradita para poder estar presente en el reto, pero por suerte se atravesó en carnaval y eso me brindo espacio para sentarme a escribir con más comodidad.
Atendiendo la invitación de la amiga @justclickindiva el Post para esta semana, nos presenta dos preguntas para nosotros decidir si contestar una o dos de ellas.

¿Por qué crees que la sociedad le da un valor tan alto a la belleza?
¿En qué trabajo serías absolutamente terrible?
By coincidence, the two questions are wisely linked, since I always felt chubby and yet now my picture is 20 years old and it didn't look bad at all. But it is that society has sold us thinness standards that many of us cannot meet.
And that's why I fall into the second question, I would be absolutely terrible as a model, it would be a job that I would not feel comfortable with.
I remember that my mom was our seamstress when I was little and it bothered me a lot to have to take off my clothes and try on the ones I was putting together. Even when it was finished trying on a dress was very annoying to me. It is one of the few things that annoyed me having to change from one dress to another, so as a catwalk model it would be a profession for me that is not pleasant.
At the fifteen-year-old party, I adored my dress but trying it on while my mom was making it was a great torment.

Y por eso caigo en la segunda pregunta, yo seria absolutamente terrible como modelo, sería un trabajo con el que no me sentiría nada cómoda.
Recuerdo que mi mamá era nuestra costurera de pequeña y me molestaba muchísimo tener que quitarme la ropa y probarme la que estaba armando. Aun cuando estuviera terminada el hecho de probarme un vestido me resultaba muy molesto. Es de las pocas cosas que me molestaba tener de cambiarme de vestido a otro vestido, así que como modelo de pasarela sería una profesión para mi nada agradable.
En la fiesta de los quince años de edad, adoraba mi vestido pero el probármelo mientras lo confeccionaba mi mamá fue un gran tormento.

Sin duda alguna la industria de la belleza es monumental, tiene redes y publicidad a granel y abarca los negocios más grandes del mundo. Lo mueve el dinero y se aprovecha de ese lavado del cerebro que le dan a las mujeres, se aprovechan de las inseguridades que muchas sufrimos y el querer vernos como otras.
Tenemos un closet lleno de ropa que no llegamos a usar en su totalidad, simplemente para estar a la moda.
A mi me gusta la comodidad más que la moda. Y las subidas y bajadas de peso me hacen dejar ropa sin utilizar.
Estos dos años de pandemia demostraron que no hace falta tanto maquillaje y a la final la limpieza y la higiene ganaron un lugar privilegiado ante todos los obstáculos.

Hello @sacra97. I loved your photos. I agree with you about modeling. Each time an LoH member mention a specific job they'd be terrible at, I dissect it see myself nodding, "me too." The runway is not for me, people judging you on your outer beauty.

Siempre me encantan tus fotos del pasado, tienen una estética que para mi es hermosa, mira ese corte de traje de baño 😍 sin duda lo usaría en la actualidad y no los que se usan ahora, tu vestido que hizo tu mamá es espectacular. La belleza siempre será subjetiva por eso las imposiciones de estándares de belleza me parece un error, todo es bello según el ojo de la persona. Saludos

Muchísimas gracias mi bella que palabras más hermosas que me animan muchísimo. Agradecida con tu apoyo bonito @irenenavarroart. Recuerdo que ese vestido que era largo luego fue corto y luego una blusa me encantaba la tela pero no estármelo probando, sería una malísima modelo sin duda alguna. Una batalla para probarme la ropa. Es una profesión muy dura, entre no comer lo que deseen, el estrés al que se someten. A mi lo que me mata es tenerme que poner y quitar la ropa, parece una tontería, seguramente tengo mucha sensibilidad en la piel y no cualquier tela me gusta.
