The tournament started from a modest local rivalry of Polish users of the application; with time, it grew to other countries and continents, and season 8 is a fully global tournament because we have participants from all continents. Turniej zaczynał od skromnej lokalnej rywalizacji polskich użytkowników aplikacji, z czasem rozrastał się na inne kraje i kontynenty, a 8 sezon jest w pełni światowym turniejem, bo mamy uczestników z wszystkich kontynentów. Jako ostatni puzzel w tej układance dołączyła Ameryka Południowa, witam wszystkich uczestników tych nowych i tych starych. Powodzenia!!!
As announced, the eighth season of #POLIAC is back sooner than usual; I hope the two weeks were enough for you to rest and catch your breath. As usual, in the meantime, my colleagues @merthin (aka @macfit) and @racibo (aka @poprzeczka) have provided you with some high-level competition; most of the #POLIAC participants are familiar with the Actifit competitions run in a different form, and if you haven't heard about these games yet, be sure to check out the profiles of @macfit and @poprzeczka. The free adverts corner is over; it's time to get down to some real competition.
Zgodnie z zapowiedzią ósmy sezon #POLIAC wraca szybciej niż zwykle, mam nadzieję, że dwa tygodnie wystarczyło wam na odpoczynek i złapanie oddechu. Jak zwykle w międzyczasie moi koledzy @merthin (aka @macfit) i @racibo (aka @poprzeczka) zapewnili wam co nieco rywalizacji na wysokim poziomie, większość z uczestników #POLIAC dobrze zna prowadzone w innej formie rywalizacje Actifit, a jeżeli nie słyszeliście jeszcze o tych zabawach to koniecznie zajrzycie na profile @macfit i @poprzeczka. Koniec kącika darmowych reklam, pora zająć się prawdziwą rywalizacją.
The rules of the tournament remain unchanged. In the first and second league, there are 16 participants each; in the third league, there are 20 participants who will compete in duels every day for 30 days (third league 36 days). The duel winner receives 3 points and the loser receives zero points. In the event of a tie, each receives 1 point. The competition schedule has been generated and can be found below in the links.
Zasady turnieju pozostają bez zmian. W pierwszej i drugiej lidze rywalizuje po 16 uczestników, w trzeciej rywalizuje 20 uczestników, którzy codziennie przez 30 dni (trzecia liga 36 dni) będą rywalizować w pojedynkach każdy z każdym. Zwycięzca pojedynku otrzymuje 3 pkt, a przegrany zero. W przypadku remisu każdy otrzymuje po 1 pkt. Terminarz rozgrywek został wygenerowany i znajdziecie go poniżej w linkach.
As in previous seasons, there is no entry fee to participate; the prize pool for the next season is collected during the season; however, if anyone would like to contribute to the prize pool, it is as always welcome. I will be donating 90 HBD and 111000 AFIT to the prize pool from my side. The prize pool will be distributed as follows:
Podobnie jak w poprzednich sezonach udział w rozgrywkach jest bez żadnych opłat wpisowych, pula nagród do kolejnego sezonu zbierana jest w trakcie trwania tego sezonu, jednakże gdyby ktoś chciał dorzucić się do puli nagród to jest to jak zawsze mile widziane. Ze swojej strony przekaże do puli nagród 90 HBD i 111000 AFIT. Pula nagród zostanie rozdzielona w następujący sposób:
In each round, the users with the best score from each of the three leagues and the losers with the best score will each receive 100 AFIT. Additionally, there will be a bonus for 100% attendance, i.e. each participant who posts 30 (36 in the third league) Actifit reports during the tournament will receive 1000 AFIT
W każdej kolejce użytkownicy, z każdej z trzech lig, którzy uzyskają najlepszy wynik oraz przegrani z najlepszym wynikiem otrzymają każdorazowo 100 AFIT. Dodatkowo będzie premia za 100% frekwencję, czyli każdy uczestnik, który opublikuje w czasie trwania turnieju 30 (w trzeciej lidze 36) raportów Actifit otrzyma 1000 AFIT.
The two worst participants in leagues 1 and 2 will be relegated to the lower leagues 2 and 3. In their place, the two best participants from the 2nd and 3rd league are promoted to the 1st and 2nd league, respectively.
Dwóch najgorszych uczestników w 1 i 2 lidze spada do niższej ligi, odpowiednio 2 i 3 ligi. Na ich miejsce awansuje dwóch najlepszych uczestników z 2 i 3 ligi, odpowiednio do 1 i 2 ligi.
POLIAC 8.1
The last two seasons have shown that competition in the first league can be exciting from the first round to the very end. The championship title is defended by @bucipuci, there are countless contenders for the title, and on top of that, the spring encourages them to be more active. In the first league, @mushanov debuts, who played in the third league two seasons ago, and now will fight with the best. @dirkzett has returned to the first division after one season, which he spent in the second division at his request. Last season proved to him that his place is among the best.
[POL] Ostatnie dwa sezony pokazały, że rywalizacja w pierwszej lidze może być emocjonująca od pierwszej kolejki do samego końca. Tytułu mistrzowskiego broni @bucipuci, pretendentów do tytułu jest bez liku, a na dodatek wiosna zachęca do większej aktywności. W pierwszej lidze debiutuje @mushanov, który dwa sezony temu grał w trzeciej lidze, a teraz będzie walczył z najlepszymi. @dirkzett wrócił do pierwszej ligi po jednym sezonie, który spędził w drugiej lidze na własne życzenie. Myślę, że ostatni sezon udowodnił mu, że jego miejsce jest wśród najlepszych.

The competition in the second league has been very conservative for the past few seasons. Last season, @roger5120 and @danmaruschak were promoted from the third league, but @roger5120 withdrew from #POLIAC, and as a result, her place was taken by @dragokazo, who was third in the seventh season. I think these two rookies will be the favourites to compete. Due to the withdrawal of @zimnaherbata from the competition and the inactivity of @masoom for a long time, no one dropped from the second league; that is the second time @romualdd retained his place at the green table, to three times a play.
[POL] Rywalizacja w drugiej lidze od kilku sezonów jest bardzo zachowawcza. W ostatnim sezonie awans z trzeciej ligi wywalczyli @roger5120 i @danmaruschak, ale @roger5120 wycofała się z #POLIAC, w związku z czym jej miejsce zajął trzeci w siódmym sezonie @dragokazo. Myślę, że ta dwójka debiutantów być faworytami rywalizacji. W związku z wycofaniem się z rywalizacji @zimnaherbata oraz brakiem aktywności od dłuższego czasu @masoom nikt nie spadł z drugiej ligi, czyli po raz drugi przy zielonym stoliku utrzymał się @romualdd, do trzech razy sztuka.

It turned out that I sent out too many invitations than I had places available, I couldn't refuse anyone who expressed a desire to participate in the tournament, so in the third league we have 20 participants, including 9 newcomers: @allonyx.ngs from Colombia, @chichi18 from Brunei Darussalam, @cindee08 from the Philippines, @dejan.vuckovic in a cycling trip, @fredkese from Ghana, @ghostlybg from Bulgaria, @nanie.lilla from Colombia, @new.things from Australia and @pinkhub from the Philippines. In the first rounds, we will have the opportunity to get to know each other better. With so many new entrants, it's hard to pinpoint any favourites.
