It's not a bad idea imo. One motivation for me is I have seen instances where auto upvotes cause some users to do "weird" stuff. I have no issue with auto upvotes but it just made me realize auto downvotes on good stakeholders comments is at best weird lol

I think I notice it because people who downvote tend to interact with me. I think in a way downvoters support each other through engagement because we can empathize with each other really well.
I'm using translator and you know sometimes the Hispanic community has faulty translators who don't express what we really mean
