My oldest son does this across the yard with weights. He works out pretty much daily. Me, I like my hammock. Getting in and out of it is my workout🤣
I do this exercise inside the house, I walk about 16 meters in a squat mode with the weights, I return along the same standard route without bending over, and I repeat the cycle several times
That's a great workout for the legs.
