Well, I've seen accounts with high KE. I don't really care about that, though, like some people have been advising since they implemented it.
It all depends on the user and how they use their account. If they're a creator, it's normal to have a low KE.
Yes, but high KE ratios let's you sus out people that are using their accounts just for the votes.
If that's the case, then the vast majority of currently active users are only there for the votes.
You can't easily judge any account just by looking at its KE. Each user's experience is much more complex than that.

Quality of posts improves as Hive price goes down.

That hasn't been my experience so far. Every time the price gets about $.10, the spammers move back in.
I noticed the same. A lot of low reputation accounts with low KE - which isn't hard at that stage. They still convert every little HBD, most of them, but start out staking HP. We'll see how that goes long term 🙃
